I have always loved this restaurant. But I placed a to go order online with them today. I received confirmation of the order. The charge has come through to my credit card. However, when I got there to pick my order up, the doors were locked, and the place is closed up. The sign on the door says closed for renovation. But they’re still taking to go orders? There was even a note on te go order pick up door. They are just not open.

I had the best dinner tonight at Cafe Piazza! The food was absolutely delicious, and our server Sandra M. couldn't have been any nicer! She made some great suggestions, was helpful with our questions, and was very attentive to our table! I've always loved this restaurant because of its location on the square and great atmosphere. We love Cafe Piazza. Our server was great last night. But…we ordered wedge salads and what we were served had zero to do with a wedge salad. A small pile of drenched lettuce surrounded by raw spinach. No wedge in sight. No blue cheese crumbles. Certainly no bacon. It was very disappointing.

Had a very nice brunch today at Cafe Piazza. I had the breakfast pizza & my husband had the chicken omlett. Both were very good . This is one of our favorite restaurants after early church service on Sundays. A very pretty view of the Collierville Square.

Our family frequently visits this adorable restaurant! We always request Sandra because she makes our visit so enjoyable! She’s so welcoming and really makes us feel at home. Cafe Piazza has become one of our absolute favorite spots, and a huge part of that is thanks to Sandra. Her bubbly personality and genuine kindness create a warm, welcoming atmosphere that keeps us coming back. Sandra always goes above and beyond to make sure we’re comfortable and taken care of — whether it’s remembering our favorite orders or greeting us with a smile that brightens the room.
One moment that truly stood out was when she decorated a table for a going-away brunch we hosted for friends who were moving. It was such a thoughtful, personal touch that meant so much to all of us. It’s rare to find someone who pours so much heart into what they do, and Sandra is a true gem. Combine that with great food, cozy ambiance, and excellent service, and Cafe Piazza is an easy favorite!

Italian food with a wonderful atmosphere! We had toasted ravioli, caprese salad, and the best lasagna in town. We had a phenomenal waiter, Carlos!! He made us a great chocolate martini! We even got a pizza to go! Thank you so much for a great experience.

Enjoyed a nice lunch with a friend today. The hostess informed us the waitress didn’t show up and she was the only one working the dining room. She did a fabulous job checking on us and refilling water multiple times. She was friendly and pleasant though I’m sure she was under a lot of stress working the entire dining area alone. Thank you for a wonderful meal and great service!
My wife and I celebrated our anniversary here last weekend. The service was fantastic, the food was exceptional, and the affordability is the best around! We have lived in Collierville since 2010 and have been coming to Cafe Piazza for many years. We will definitely continue to enjoy the great food and service there in the future! Thank you Cafe Piazza for making our anniversary dinner a wonderful experience!

Dined at Cafe Piazza with a group of friends and had a very enjoyable meal. The pizza is very good, and available for takeout as well. We enjoyed the spinach artichoke dip, which is a large portion served hot. Others at the table had the ravioli which also received great reviews. The restaurant has a full bar, wine and beer.

The food is overpriced and cheap and the management is full of disgusting, misogynist people. The only good experiences I have had at this restaraunt repeatedly has been the female servers, however the men in staff treat them extremely poorly as I've seen on multiple occasions. Do not go to this restaraunt.

Jenifer, the general manager is absolutely wonderful, and the service she gave was top tier, this review is not in any way inflammatory of her! If you like good Italian food, and to a further extent, good Italian food made by people who treat their employees well, do not eat here. The Kitchen Manager has Definite anger and Superiority Issues and regularly takes them out on the (specifically Female) servers, disgusting if you ask me. Also, if you like the breadsticks, you can get them by the box at Walmart under the great value brand!
