I get takeout for my 7yr old every week there and the quantity has been getting less and less. The kids size is like a toddler size now. What happened!!! It’s not even a small plate size.

Only came here because I had a gift card. Food was decent, service was kind of slow. Restaurant is running a promo if you give them a 5* review, you get a free 2nd meal or dessert, hence all the recent good reviews. Typical chain restaurant, will eat elsewhere in the future.

Knowing what to expect, and very hungry, I was let down. Though the waitress said she was new, ok.
However, not getting back with water, napkins or the refilling waters and bread, but doing it other table
Is just bad.
I had to ask for refills and bread and I finally got the drink refill, but never the bread. The sauce was very bland and they drowned the chicken piccata.
Their prices have tripled in price since a few yrs ago and the quality is not better.
Having met the sons of the owners in Switzerland Lake Lucerne.. I'm disappointed.
