I enjoyed every second of my experience due to having the best server in the building Chester! He was so attentive and knew the menu like the back of his hand and had great suggestions. We were sad to see the Poplar location go but we are so happy with our experience at Collierville! We can’t wait to come back, Chester was AMAZING! Gave amazing customer service, great recommendations & friendly conversation, he is an assett to Carrabbas, we can’t wait to come back to see him & enjoy another meal!

Carrabba used to be my favorite restaurant. But not now. The food is absolutely too salty. I could not eat the sautéed spinach, and the chicken Bryan was very disappointing. I can see why they are losing customers. They have lost my patronage.

Dined here with my mom and daughter last weekend. The service was okay, the bread was delicious, the salads were good, but the shrimp scampi appetizer and entrees were underwhelming and very salty. My daughter and I had chicken fettuccine and my mom had some sort of chicken trio dish. The chicken in all our dishes was extremely salty and none of us could eat more than a few bites. I should have said something, but I didn’t want to cause a scene since we were practically sharing a space with another table.If I ever go back, I’ll stick to the bread, soup, and salad.
