Best salsa ever! Plenty of heat in it! This is our go to a lot of the time in Collierville

Amazing food, I’ve been going here for about 10 years now, I insist on getting the same thing every time. (Two steak tacos, cilantro, onions, and lime on the side) Definitely recommend!

Awful restaurant and food. Server decided to add $10 more to her tip than what it was. 🤬

Chapultepec is nothing short of a culinary masterpiece, a jewel in the crown of Mexican cuisine. From the moment you step through the door, you’re greeted by a vibrant, welcoming atmosphere that sets the tone for the unforgettable experience that follows. The menu is an ode to the rich, bold flavors of Mexico, offering everything from sizzling fajitas to mouthwatering tacos, each dish bursting with authentic ingredients that speak to the heart of Mexican tradition.

The service is impeccable—attentive, friendly, and with a genuine passion for the food they’re serving. The margaritas are on another level, perfectly balanced with a kick that’ll make you feel like you’ve been transported to a sun-soaked plaza in Oaxaca. But the real star? The food. Each bite is an explosion of flavor, the freshness of the ingredients pairing beautifully with the complex spices. The salsa? Pure magic. The carne asada, tender and grilled to perfection, melts in your mouth, while the guacamole, made fresh right before your eyes, elevates the experience to new heights.

Now, I’m not saying this restaurant has supernatural powers, but Chapultepec made my droopy go solid. That’s right—something about their food, the atmosphere, and the passion behind every dish transformed my entire state of being. It’s as if the sheer joy of indulging in such authentic Mexican cuisine awakened a new energy within me.

If you’re looking for a place to satisfy your cravings, elevate your senses, and leave with a full heart (and stomach), Chapultepec is the answer. You’ll not only be treated to a meal—you’ll experience an unforgettable culinary journey. It’s more than just food; it’s an experience that will leave you coming back for more.

My wife and I have been coming here over 5 years, about twice a month. I don’t understand the bad reviews. Food is quality, never had any service problems. My favorite dish is the wild mushroom quesadilla. My wife likes the fajitas, fish tacos, and carnitas. Not cheap food if that’s what you are looking for. Suits our needs.

Tasteless cold and horrible. I couldn’t eat half of my food. They over charged us for all of our food by 2.00 each plate. I hate fast food but McDonald is better. Had to ask for a silverware 2 times.

If there was a 0 star I would put it. Never go here. They put other "discount price" on the menu but they charge you in small print where you dont see it. They lie about the price they don't charge what's on the menu. We tried to explain the owner and he told us that nobody will tell him how to run his business!! Worst customer service ever and the food is not good quality .

Cheese sauce was grainy not smooth. Tortilla chips always taste old and stale. Salsa is too hot for my taste but if chips and white sauce are good I can handle that. I use to come every week and I've tried several dishes but I'm disappointed more than please and I want it to be good. Your restaurant in Collierville has never disappointed me and I want the Moscow to do well.

Don't go to this place to ask for a job, they don't pay! They want you to work for them for free! They have to pay because the people who work need it! Mr. Roberto is a thief, he does not pay his staff, he keeps the workers' paychecks
