My daughter ordered some type of fancy lemonade. She tried to get a refill and they said they couldn't do it because of her drink choice. Fine. But we sat there we saw a man with the same drink go up and get a refill. We asked why and we were told that he was only given a refill because that was the last of the lemonade. Really? Immediately after my daughter asked the lemonade magically became low? I love this place and I hate to cast the race card but when you deny my BLACK daughter and a WHITE guy walks right up and gets what he wants, what am I to think?

I payed for a cooked chicken sandwich and received a raw sandwich with torn bread. I tried to call the establishment but it went to voicemail. Unprofessional and disgusting.

So tired of the location. I've NEVER had trouble another Chick-fil-A. Ordered 3 market salads and so other food a the drive thru. Get home and I had all RANCH dressing. We HATE ranch dressing. I called and requested to speak with the MOD. She asked me to drive back to the store to get the dressing or tells me I can get the dressing at a later date. To which I say ate you kidding. Ma'am, YOUR staff made the mistake and I'm be punished for it?? She said all I can do is give you some dressing when you come back. I get it it was only dressing miss from my order BUT they ruins my entire salad. And I wasn't driving back to Chick-fil-A after I've made it home. We had meals and salads for later when we get hungry and we always do. But I shouldn't have to explain to a manager that a salad is ruined it the dressing is incorrect. She needs to be retrained. I expected a solution not to feel like you think I'm trying to get over.

Food is good, as usual. Chick-fil-A food is always consistent and I appreciate that about them. BUT this location is the exception to the norm in that it is absolutely awful. They brought out the ice cream before our food, 10 minutes later, they brought out the food. They never brought out the drinks, so I had to go stand in line to get the drinks. By the time, I got to the table, the food was no longer hot. Forget getting a refill. The place is crawling with so many people and the employees are so overwhelmed, I didn’t even bother to try. They had drinks covering every inch of counter space, so I think an employee was not delivering the drinks with the orders. There is not enough parking or seating and no playground. I had to park in an adjoining parking lot. I felt claustrophobic while I was inside because there was so many people. It wasn’t a special occasion. It’s always like this at lunch, so I try to avoid this location usually. Never again. Food good, but avoid this location if you can! It’s not the fault of the employees/ it’s just not a big enough location for the amount of people it serves. Also, the cars turning into Chick-fil-A get backed up and causes a traffic jam. I really hope they find a new location soon, but until they do, try a different location, if possible, if going at regular lunch or dinner time. If going at an odd time of day, it should be fine, though.

An absolute nightmare to get into. This location desperately needs expansion. I can’t even get in to the parking lot or store to pickup lunch and can’t cancel the order in the app. Still waiting on management to reply to get a refund. The line was literally out into the street backing up traffic. Poor operations on a reputable brand’s part.

Wanted to place an order online and pick up, so for the first time decided to do curbside pick-up. Placed and paid for order on the app, also a first. Arrived at the chickfila about 14 min after placing order for a salad, put in the curbside parking spot, app still said it would be 4-8 minutes, it was 11:25 at this time. After 10 minutes of waiting got out of my vehicle and there was only one customer in line. We all know how many people chick-fil-a has behind the counter. I asked for my order and it was just sitting over to the side, noone bothered to bring it out. Once I got back to work, there was no salad dressing in the bag, AND LATELY THE SALADS HAVE NO LEAF LETTUCE, ONLY LEAF STEMS. Chick-fil-a used to be the standard for others to raise the bar, now they are on the same playing field. SO DISAPPOINTING!

I sat in my car for nearly 20min waiting on my food to come out. I noticed that the drive-thru line moved at a normal and fast rate. Finally, I walked inside to ask about my order. My food was sitting on a tray by itself. No apology made or anything. Definitely disappointed in this.

Pulled up to window paid for my food . Then was told to pull up for only two meals and wait for fresh food . Meanwhile traffic so bad no where to pull ! I waited for 15 minutes and the line Cleared two times and I still had not gotten my food !! I had to ask for a refund and they didn’t even know my name but I had been up to window twice ! Poor service! We are a black family and all white people got their food quickly while I was brushed off multiple times ! Horrible and we won’t be back !

Maybe 3 parking spots that are NOT marked as pickup. Very limited seating (12) inside.
Felt like I was in their kitchen. Why has customer service/experience gone down so quickly. This is my last visit.

Nancy was the only employee worth her pay since the rest of them just stared with vacant faces after I asked 3 times over 50 minutes about my order.

Absolutely incompetent management. Embarrassing level of service. Just drive to Germantown Road. You will get there and have your food back at home faster than wasting your time here.
