My husband just went There tonight on April 16, 2024. Three people in the drive-through with their iPads outside totally ignoring him no other Cars in front of him so he drove up to the drive-through window and they also ignored him. Terrible customer service. I guess people think they should just get paid for standing around doing nothing

I ordered a small fry and a new berry sunjoy yesterday and my fry carton wasn’t even full and the fries weren’t even cooked all the way and the employee that brought my order to me didn’t even bother asking if my name on the order was correct or say my pleasure or anything they just walked off when I said thank you and as a former employee I can say I am extremely disappointed with how the restaurant has been since I left and I left because they wouldn’t let me cut my hours short because I started college and their excuse was if we cut your hours you’ll be earning less money than you are now like excuse me I know that and basically it was their way or the highway and I wouldn’t go back ever or suggest this location to anybody ever

Worst chick fil a in the 901 area! I literally drive past this locate to go to the one in east memphis! Large fry half way filled all the time! And cold majority of the time! Always something bad every time I go! Great customer service though as always! But food ?!

For the past ten years, I have had great experiences at this restaurant. However, I went on Tuesday and bought two milkshakes with my order. When I received my order, I noticed that I only had one milkshake. She told me that I only paid for one. I told her that I didn’t want to hold up the line, and that I was going to pull over to check my receipt. I did see that I paid for two on my receipt, but I had to leave. As a result, I decided to call and let them know. A white male answered the phone, and I explained to him what happenEd. He told me that I would have to bring the entire cup holder back because he said that I received both milk shakes. Even after he saw the cup holder and my receipt, he still refused to give me my milkshake. I was upset about this, and he kept trying to tell me to speak to him nicely even though he wouldn’t give me my milkshake. He tried to make me leave, but I told him that I wasn’t leaving without my milkshake or a refund. I told him that he could look on the camera to show that I didn’t receive it.A lady came out and tried to help me, but he wouldn’t allow her to help me. Two men came from the back came out and pretty much took his side. Nobody apologized. He finally gave me my milkshake, and I left. I called customer service, and I received an email for a free brownie. I’m sorry, but that’s not good enough. That guy needs to be reprimanded or fired for accusing me of lying about a milkshake. He does not represent the chick fil a brand like the other employees I’ve dealt with there over several years.I reached out to the location via social media before posting this review because I normally always receive excellent customer service, but since I didn’t receive a response, I want others to know how I was treated.

We used to love going to Chick Fil A in Collierville. However, almost every time we have gone recently, our order has been messed up. The service has also gone down hill fast. We will no longer be supporting this place.

Mangers Lori and Zane need to return to Chick-fil-A University for refresher on customer service! Orders at this location are consistent with a few things. Being incorrect, incomplete, and inedible. Fries, sodas, ice cream often left out of order, Ask for 12 count nugget you may get 10, ordered grilled chicken sandwich top bun missing. Fries a couple of times taste like entire bottle of salt dumped on them. Manager Lori informed me this location is under new management and complain all you want to Corporate or whoever they can't make us do anything,especially issue a refund for messing up an order! MY PLEASURE has turned into MY DISAPPOINTMENT at the Collierville location.

Food and service at this location has really gone down. I realize it’s a very busy location, but I ordered ahead online for curbside pickup. When I arrived and checked in, the app said current wait time was 5-6 mins. I sat at curbside almost 25 mins. The car that pulled into the restaurant in front of me headed to the drive-thru and I saw that car make it through the drive thru in 10 mins! They apparently service the drive thru as a priority over curbside. Also, I ordered the market salad which usually has a good bit of apples, strawberries and blueberries. Mine was almost all lettuce with only 5 tiny slices of strawberry and 6 blueberries. There were enough apples, but, this was not up to their usual standard. Hope it was just an off day!

This evening the manager threatened to call the police on my family while we were waiting in the drive thru. I asked for the owner's contact information after speaking with the manager and was told that she can't provide his contact information.We pulled through the drive thru where a young woman was directing traffic. She would not allow us to pull into the shorter line. So, we pulled into the longer line and watched five cars that arrived after us pass us in line.After going through the line, we got to the window and were asked to pull forward to wait for our food to finish cooking. We pulled forward and waited additional time. After some time, an employee asked us to park in the spot in front of the line. We did not want to park there as it can be difficult to exit the parking lot from that spot and needed to turn right to leave.We waited additional time and then the manager came and threatened to call the police on us if we did not pull forward. We were very surprised by this and explained we already had waited longer due to the girl directing traffic and slow service. She still insisted that we pull into the spot where it is difficult to exit the parking lot.We then asked for a refund, and she again threatened to call the police. Eventually, she agreed to issue the refund and went back into the store. She had to come back again to get our card. By the time she had done all of this, I am sure the chicken sandwich would have been done.I understand that this is a fast-food establishment and sometimes the service isn't amazing. I am just very shocked the manager threatened to call the police over such a minor issue.We asked for the owners contact information and were told that it is his policy to threaten to call the police on paying customers. We are obviously very disappointed.
