Ordered food to go, cashier was rude for no reason, got home found HAIR in both orders and know it was not from us because it was INSIDE the food when we took bites and length did not match anyone’s. Was our first time going to any chilis ever, extremely disappointed.😔

However, the whole restaurant was full of drain & urinal flies. Yes, Drain Flies/gnats. Yuk!
They make citric acid cleaners to put in urinals and drains to kill these pests.

We usually love their burgers but we had issues with steaks being overcooked, or too thin, or too small. Also the other night it was not possible to pick how we wanted the burger cooked, the only option was well done.
But that could be just an app issue.

Had a great time, went for my mom birthday, we made it there 30mins before closing and was still able to order and finish our food without being rushed,,, amazing food and service 10/10

I have to make a review about the importance of team work and they were fantastic. I enjoyed the service & the food. Thank you so much guys and we will definitely be back.
Kid-friendliness: Assisted me with my toddler & let me tell you as a mom. They were a big help. It gets overwhelming bringing a toddler out sometimes. They did a great job and the food wasn’t too hot for him to eat immediately. I appreciated that as well!
