This is literally THE best Chilis I’ve ever had. I travel for a living and have been to quite a few of their locations. The food is cooked perfect here, and the customer service is excellent. A Collierville gem for sure.

It was really ridiculous to have to sit in the dining room and listen to a manager be on a teams or video meeting with somebody from Chili’s somewhere else talking about how the employee should bar service of the house service how the employee should be dressing with wearing the black shirt up underneath their chili shirt if they were cold etc., etc. etc.. Did the manager not have an office to have the meeting in? I don’t think the guest in the dining room wanted to be privy to all of that information you guys might want to reevaluate this manager and his decision-making! My visit is a one star due to having to hear this loud conversation in the dining room room . I was seated on the opposite end of the dining room I went by and took this picture on my way out as I couldn’t wait to get out of the location due to having to hear blah blah blah Of chilies and how you do business!

Food is always well prepared! Food is ALWAYS delicious! Servers are always attentive! Bussers are amazing and go above and beyond! Restaurant is always clean! On occasion, I have been quite disappointed. However, tonight wasn't one of those night. Tonight made me remember why this particular location is one of my favorite places to dine. Drinks tonight we're on point. Kudos to the bar staff!
