Drove 20 minutes to get there at 10:30 and they close at 11. I walked up to the door and it is locked and I knocked multiple times and the woman on the inside acted like she didn’t hear me. Absolutely terrible staff whoever is closing the restaurant tonight 9/24. Turning down service and closing half an hour early, and being disrespectful enough to know I’m at the door knocking and she’s just going to disregard me so she can go home early. Absolutely terrible. I love chipotle and this circumstance is why I’ll never go back. Insane.

One of the worst Chipotle experiences I’ve had. The staff was rude and unprofessional, especially the tall gentleman working the counter. Chipotle needs to seriously do something about this location.
They don’t even deserve one star.

Ordered two different burritos and they didn’t even wrapped them well. the burritos were leaking and I could see it spilling in the bag the meat.
Horrible . I’d rather drive to the one in olive branche better service.

Mobile order took over 40 minutes to be prepared after finally getting the order made by the manager. Then it was wrong.

Waited over 20 minutes for my order and they’re telling everyone they don’t have their orders. The store was not even busy and they just kept saying they don’t have any orders ready. I ended up just leaving without my food.

In the modern fast-casual landscape, efficiency is a currency and convenience is a promise. It was with this expectation that I placed a mobile order at Chipotle, allowing a generous 15-minute grace period beyond my scheduled pickup time, a courtesy intended to ensure a seamless, in-and-out transaction. What I found upon arrival, however, was not a restaurant, but a purgatory—a tableau of operational dysfunction where the only thing fast was the decline of my patience. The scene was set for failure. A drive-thru line, seemingly frozen in amber, contained two vehicles that hadn't moved an inch since my arrival. Inside, the chaos was palpable. The digital promise of a pre-prepped meal was a cruel fiction. I stood idly by, witnessing a procession of walk-in customers receive their food and depart, while my own order remained in a state of suspended animation. The staff, preoccupied with the more immediate demands of the in-person queue, seemed to view the mobile order screen as a suggestion rather than a command. The final insult came in the form of a request to wait another 10 minutes for my food—an additional quarter of an hour tacked onto a wait that had already surpassed the point of absurdity. I was not alone in this shared misery. Eight other patrons, each a victim of the same digital illusion, stood silent and stoic, their collective exasperation a testament to the colossal failure of this system.Chipotle's mobile ordering is not a service; it is a lesson in misplaced faith. It is a system that punishes forethought and rewards impulsive patronage. The experience was a masterclass in how to squander customer goodwill and erode brand trust. Save yourself the time, the frustration, and the digital disappointment. This is a culinary experience I can only describe as a masterclass in mismanagement.Final Verdict: Zero Stars.

Unfortunately, the steak was tough and chewy. I did a pick up order and they drenched it with sour cream the order round up being not edible.

Customer Service at this location sucks. Not courteous or friendly. Need training. And whoever heard some items you have to order online and not in person. Quesdillas. Charge for everything. Order same buritto bowl when I go and always a different price. Go next door to Jersey Mikes.

Lunch rush+new employees= poor experience for everyone guest and employees. Came in and asked for something quite simple and the poor girl didn’t know what to do. Before we knew it the line was almost to the door. A more seasoned employee hurried to the line and basically told her to move and did it vs calmly showing her the way. My food was rushed being prepared and the cheese wasn’t fully melted. Then, when I get to the cash register, it’s a new girl and a man there as well. I pay for my food and realize I didn’t get a cup. It’s because it was in the bag. What an odd place to put it especially without telling the customer that’s where it will be. Smh. Overall I did not enjoy my experience because of the chaos, dysfunction and not ONE smile. Because everyone is too frazzled to realize the customer service is missing. Do better Chipotle.
