Only thing good was the queso the honey
chicken had to much fat meat in it couldn't enjoy my burrito. Sold me some old chip when I ask for a fresh bag they said they all taste the same . Very rude employees also

I am writing to express my concern regarding an unpleasant and unsanitary experience I had today at this location.

While placing my order, a team member accidentally dropped a piece of chicken onto the cutting line and, without hesitation, placed it directly into my bowl. I politely informed him that I did not want the dropped chicken included, but instead of preparing a fresh bowl or replacing the contaminated portion, he simply dug it out with his hands and handed me the bowl as if nothing had happened.

This incident was not only unsanitary but also showed a lack of basic food safety practices and customer care. I was genuinely disappointed, as I’ve come to expect a much higher standard from Chipotle.

I am bringing this to your attention in hopes that it will be addressed appropriately with the team at that location to ensure proper food handling procedures are followed in the future.

If there was a zero star rating, I would have selected it. This was my 5th time here and this happens each time! Stingy portions, rude employees and dirty work stations. Never coming back. Totally pathetic!

1. So insanely stingy with portions.
2. workers are so rude.
3. me and my friend got the exact same order, and look at the size difference between our burritos. We payed the same exact price our burritos.
Overall, The one in Cordova is much better and aren't so stingy with there portions.

People here doesn’t even smile at customers don’t even greet anybody I went over their , to get tacos I literally asked how much 3 tacos cost he said I don’t know, I asked cashier hey do you know she didn’t respond they treating like am begging for food , no body in line behind I don’t know why they rushing me and Finally I got 4 tacos and they charged me for 2 sets of 3 tacos !!!! I didn’t even know that but my Frind from behind said it never cost this much at Southaven Taco Bell !! So two people at register can respond something back but they just staring at us like we are cheap ?

We buy a 2 veggie bowl from this chipotle and we asked for a 4 spoon but they didn’t give us and the lady who working in cash counter she is very rude I ever seen in my life and usually when we are asking for the cups for the cold drink but they said we need to buy a cold drink

Chipotle closes at 11:00pm. I arrived at 10:04pm and they were out of all meats except for the garlic steak. No lettuce, beans, cheese, rice and several other items. The prep area was filthy, with food debris all around the food bins. And on top of this, the customer service was poor. The workers possessed nonchalant attitudes about having no food available and even began to make personal meals with the last of the steak. I’ve consistently had issues with food availability and service at this location but have refrained from making an acccurately negative review until now. They still had almost an hour remaining before close, with no food and no efforts to make any accommodations. This location must improve.

I think collierville is slowly changing now with the new staff in most places from neighborhood cities, I had a very bad experience from this place today , the staff is the worst attitude people that threw my food that i ordered infront of me , of course it’s not their money . And the aggressiveness they show there is just can’t tolerate. I hope the owner can do some background checks and character analysis before they place people there .

The worst customer service I have ever experienced at a Chipotle. I have been here a few times due to it being around the corner from my job. Let me tell you each time is rough. But this time had my jaw on the floor and I had to pick it up because I was flabbergasted. I went through the pick up lane and asked for my drink because it wasn’t handed to me with the order. The lady working handed me my cup and told me I needed to go inside and fill up my drink myself because she was busy. The drinks are literally behind her?? I ended up going inside to fill up my drink myself but what in the world??
