Only in Memphis for a day, so we knew we had to try the BBQ, and this was one of the top rated. We live in TX, so I'm thinking maybe we just do BBQ so well that my expectations were much higher given the BBQ reputation of Memphis, but none of the items really knocked my socks off. all in all, it was ok BBQ.

Excellent experience at the collierville corky’s. Been to memphis locations and enjoyed, this was better. Shay was rocking it today, very personable, attentive, better than most other servers in the area (used to be one). Family got one of most everything, Dry rub ribs werent as good as i hoped, but wet was great, catfish was my favorite and spaghetti was surprisingly good. Mom loved briscut, me not so much so its an opinion and not quality.
Asia is an awesome waitress, great attitude & helpful. The food was fantastic!

Great and exceptional customer service! Placed order online on 9/22/24. Upon arrival to pickup, Collierville location experienced a power outage. After a couple of calls to see about refund, Wade the manager assured me that we'd be taken care of. We received our makeup meal & a slice of pie! We ordered 2 captain Don’s which fed 4 but had 6 in our party. It included brisket, ribs, pulled pork and chicken. It was just enough for us. Also bbq pork nachos . The brisket was a little dry per family from Texas. Otherwise everything was delicious!
