So delicious. The staff were super friendly and very attentive to us as diners. Can't say enough about the food. I have the ribs, my wife had the brisket, and my son had ten fried wings. Everything was exceptional.

Lived in Memphis 30 years ago and used to enjoy Corky's then. Was visiting in town recently and had to go back. Worked my way through a large rack of ribs, which was excellent. If you like Memphis BBQ, you'll enjoy eating here. Servers were friendly and attentive.

Service Above and Beyond!! Thank you so much Wade and Crew. I'm from Collierville, however, I currently live in Florida, and one of our old neighbors passed away so I wanted to send them some BBQ for dinner. I called the Corky's in Collierville, and Wade did an AWESOME job of taking care of my request. My sister picked up the food from Corky's and she informed me that everything was good and fresh. She also informed me that the service was quick and that they were very friendly and accommodating. She also informed me that Wade even expressed his condolences to the family. I would love to meet Wade and the crew the next time I go home to Collierville.

We got a Corkys all the time for their barbecue love, their baked beans and their strawberry cake is delicious
There are a lot of good barbecue places in Memphis to me. Corkys is one of the best the pulled port is always perfect. Service was excellent as well.
