The people here are wonderful and it will be amazing what the LORD will do once they get rid of leadership that would rather be 'corporate'/worldly instead of example of Jesus' leadership.
A good family place. Great schools there too with lots of space.
We have been members of Central for 29 Years. Bill Bellican was my pastoral counselor he and ( GOD's word and restoration power) were very instrumental in helping save our marriage along with Matt Shackelford and Bill & Elly Berry such a blessing to the Kingdom. I will be forever grateful. Come visit and feel the Holy Spirit power first hand. The Cartwright Family
Pastor Shackleford is an unapologetic fearless WARRIOR that feeds Central Church with filet mignon and BREAD like a true pastor should . He doesn’t skip over the important subjects like sun or the devil . I am so glad to know my little town has such a fighter for the Gospel and actually cares about the people there and everywhere where there is a devil A REAL LIVE devil working nonstop to kill all humans . He tackles these subjects head on !! And doesn’t mince or mix words . He sticks to scripture . He isn’t boring or a weird tone of voice . Very straightforward but compassion and grace . He doesn’t pound or slam his fists on the Bible to get people attention , he doesn’t have to . This pastor has GUTS and is exactly what type of Teacher We need today . Not a wimp . He is not scared. He is not worried about what some may feel about the topics of SIN or the devil and demons . The devil is real and is a real created being committed to destruction and death. Pastor Shackleford drives this home in people so they know their truly is an enemy we have to fight . Pastor knows it’s crucial to know ur enemy any enemy u are at war with and first order of business is Recognizing the identity of that enemy . Soo important right out of the gate . One can’t fight an enemy if that one doesn’t know what that enemy even looks like . That’s what I’m talking about here . He identifies the enemy and a lot of pastors today don’t even try to do that for fear of losing numbers of attendees . No fear here though . ! Thank you WELL DONE Pastor Shackleford !!
Dear friends, let us love one another, for love comes from God. Everyone who loves has been born of God and knows God. 1 John 4:7We started attending Central Church just a year ago and it has been a game changer for our family. The love and devotion each person we encounter puts into our family is phenomenal. Our children love going to Sunday School because they love their teachers and are learning more and more about Jesus. They come home singing Bible songs and eagerly ask when it is time to return (they’re fans of Sunday donuts too).I have been part of MOPs for one year and this year I’m serving on the leadership staff. The way the women in this group love one another is a true reflection of Christ’s love for all of us. I have made dear friends in this group and feel covered in friendship, prayer, and love through each of these wonderful ladies. They are encouragers, prayer warriors, and best of all sisters in Christ!Kristy Isom

We struggled to find a church family that both felt like home, and taught Biblical truth opposed to worldly culture, but my family has found that at Central. While at first look it seems like a large church, it felt small once we got to know the people, as have seen how they want to grow in relationships between both fellow believers, and the Lord. It gives us joy seeing our kids walk into church with such confidence knowing they feel safe, and that they're going to be taught about God's love and mercy. The people here care about one another, as have personally experienced how they show love and support to those they know are struggling. On hard days when you make it known, I don’t feel judgement, but support and understanding, as the church doesn’t expect people to put on a face of “my life is perfect.” They simply want truth. Truth of God’s Word, and truth of the heart, so one can get to true healing.

My parents attended church, taught classes, were greeters, and attended Sunday school here for many years. When my dad died in Oct. 2022, no one from this church reached out to our family. In my opinion, this is horrible. I feel that if you can't tend your own flock, you aren't a shepherd of the Lord.
My child go there to the camp, and I called to to let them know that her grandfather going pick her up and rude man just yelling at me saying "I am real busy" and hand the phone to someone else, he doesn't have no customer service skills and rude with a bad attitude, I am not sure if we should trust him with our kid.

If you have a young child that doesn’t take naps, please don’t enroll your child into this church’s MDO program. My two-year-old was restrained in a chair because he didn’t take naps like the other kids.
fun great peiple.
God's word is preached here and the people are warm and welcoming.
It's my pleasure to be at Central Church when I clicked it. Central is always a great place.
So thankful to be in the Central family. Love this church!
