Worth a detour to visit. Serves finely prepared steaks that are very hard to beat. Had a couple orders mixed up before but no point in sending it back because it was still so well prepared.

I never write reviews but we had an amazing experience at David Grisanti’s on Main this evening so I wanted to share. This was our first time to visit the restaurant and it did not disappoint. The space is beautifully decorated, warm and inviting. The hostess was professional and prompt to greet and seat us(we had a reservation). Our server, Lauren was the best we have had anywhere in a long time. Good service is so hard to find these days and I must give serious credit to her! My husband had chicken livers for an appetizer(he loves them and said these were some of the best he’s ever had) and I had a delicious, cold wedge salad. My entrée was the eggplant parmesan and it was perfect. My husband had manicotti and didn’t leave one bite. The bread was so good, rustic and simple but delicious; loved my Aperol Spritz and next time will try one of the many unique cocktails from the menu. I could go on and on, but I want to be relatively brief; this is a much-needed addition to Collierville, and we were thrilled that it was 100% perfect. We look forward to visiting again and asking for Lauren!

My wife and I popped in for dinner on a Friday night around 8pm with no reservation and we're immediately seated. This was our first time here and we're a little nervous that the jeans we were wearing might not be dressy enough - the decor is rustic but very tasteful- we were relieved to people dressed in everything from t shirts and shorts to suits and dresses. When it comes to food my wife is an amazing chef and it's difficult to find food out that is on par with what we have at home - our dishes were amazing! Everything from the signature cocktails, toasted Ravioli appetizer, shrimp and pasta, steak and desert (to go) were fantastic and the staff were so friendly and professional. This was by far our best dining experience in a long time - our new favorite place! T = )
I had dinner last night with my sister. Our server, Lily, was wonderful, the food was excellent. I recommend the prime rib! But, I want everyone to know that this restaurant went above and beyond for me. I didn't realize that I had left my purse there last night until today. I'm going out of the country tomorrow and really needed my purse. The general manager was so gracious to come to the restaurant this afternoon on his day off and open up so I could get my purse. Again, thank you!

Exceptional service and a superb menu. I highly recommend the chicken ravioli and bruschetta. Our server, Carla gave us a tour through the menu and wine list. Everything was paired perfectly. We can’t wait to return and try more. 10/10
Our server, Carlos, was superb. Suggestions were on point and he was very attentive and on top of his game. Cocktails were fantastic. Really loved the Italian Margarita! Bruschetta was best ever!!! Manicotti/Elfo’s Special were the way to go for sure. Tiramisu portion seemed a little small but yummy. Restaurant is my new favorite.
I’ve lived all over the US, traveled extensively around our country and globally and this has to be one of finest restaurants I’ve ever eaten. Fantastic. Atmosphere, service, well drinks, wine, salad, steak - all top notch. Located right off of a very quaint and cute southern town square, Grisanti’s was amazing. We entertained an important client and her husband and they both loved it. I can’t recommend this place enough. Superb!
