Ordered using the App and went to pick up order and they told me they never received the order!! This is the second time since June that we have had a problem with this Dominos!! I dont know what happened, but this used to be our go to place and lately they have been terrible!!! I do not recommend this place to anyone, unless you dont want to receive your food or receive it late!!! They need new management for this Dominos!!!!

The experience was horrible and devastating. My order no is 872 I ordered a pizza and they gave me a different one . They said they would redo it and asked me to take the first for free . I waited 10 mins for the redo pizza and the cashier said that I have to pay an extra of $25 which is $2 less than my original one to get the redo pizza because I can’t get a free pizza .. where the heck im getting a free pizza , it is their mistake and they spoiled my day . I’m not coming to that shop again.

The car in front of me placed an order in the drive thru lane window and then sat there for 10 minutes. Meanwhile, 4 cars (and me) were all stuck in the drive thru line, while our completed orders were just sitting there. So, I called the store and asked “what’s going on”, they replied that “I just needed more patience”?!!!!? 😳 I asked them to ask that car to “pull around”, and they said “NOPE”! This is the last time I order from this particular store. 😤

Do not go there bad attitude bad food bad service there’s a lot of pizza places other than them they use their phones while on the oven cutting your pizzas and we all know that Cell Phones are the dirtiest things that a human can hold so they use them while they’re making your food

Their customer service is outstanding, especially during closing hours, which is when many places might rush. The staff was friendly, attentive, and made me feel truly valued as a customer. It’s rare to find such a great combination of professionalism and warmth

SHOUT OUT TO DOMINO'S PIZZA IN COLLIERVILLE AND TO THEIR EMPLOYEE, ROBERT 🍕🍕🍕🍕🍕🍕🍕🍕🍕🍕🍕🍕🍕🍕🍕🍕🍕🍕🍕 Yesterday, when I went on lunch I decided to place an order there since I've been seeing all their mouth watering pasta's on social media lately and wanted to try it. I Love Pasta ❤️ I called the restaurant and immediately felt happy listening to the excited voice doing the commercials while I waited for a person to pick up. A man named Robert answered the phone in a Happy and pleasant mood for I really appreciated that. I placed an order for the 5- cheese mac n' cheese that I was sooooo excited about. He told me when it would be ready, so I went to fill my car up with gas while I waited. When done I drove up to the drive through and was happy that no one was in line. He came to the window with great customer service, I paid and he handed me a box with my pasta. I sooooo enjoyed every bite of it for it was sooooo good. It literally had me scrapping the sides of my bowl, Lol. Thank you Domino's and Robert for allowing me to enjoy my lunch break on Happy Tuesday 😘 A lot of my coworkers order food from them for I've heard a lot of great things about the food and the service. DON'T FORGET TO SPREAD MORE KINDNESS, POSITIVITY AND UPLIFT IN 2025

Foods wonderful but who are we trying to fool? The “NY” sized pizza is nothing but a large pizza cut into bigger pieces in a slightly larger box. Change my mind…

Recently ordered 2 for pickup. Unfortunately the everything was missing the veggies. Called when I got home, very professional no arguments they offered to replace it next time. ( The pizzas were excellent, both were delicious by the way). Walked in tonight explained the previous mistake and it was corrected with a smile and apology. Outstanding service and delicious pizzas.
People please if there is a mistake, give them a chance to correct it. I thoroughly appreciated the service and the experience. Plus we enjoyed the pizza immensely.
