SHOUT OUT TO DOMINO'S PIZZA IN COLLIERVILLE AND TO THEIR EMPLOYEE, ROBERT 🍕🍕🍕🍕🍕🍕🍕🍕🍕🍕🍕🍕🍕🍕🍕🍕🍕🍕🍕 Yesterday, when I went on lunch I decided to place an order there since I've been seeing all their mouth watering pasta's on social media lately and wanted to try it. I Love Pasta ❤️ I called the restaurant and immediately felt happy listening to the excited voice doing the commercials while I waited for a person to pick up. A man named Robert answered the phone in a Happy and pleasant mood for I really appreciated that. I placed an order for the 5- cheese mac n' cheese that I was sooooo excited about. He told me when it would be ready, so I went to fill my car up with gas while I waited. When done I drove up to the drive through and was happy that no one was in line. He came to the window with great customer service, I paid and he handed me a box with my pasta. I sooooo enjoyed every bite of it for it was sooooo good. It literally had me scrapping the sides of my bowl, Lol. Thank you Domino's and Robert for allowing me to enjoy my lunch break on Happy Tuesday 😘 A lot of my coworkers order food from them for I've heard a lot of great things about the food and the service. Foods wonderful but who are we trying to fool? The “NY” sized pizza is nothing but a large pizza cut into bigger pieces in a slightly larger box. Change my mind…

Recently ordered 2 for pickup. Unfortunately the everything was missing the veggies. Called when I got home, very professional no arguments they offered to replace it next time. ( The pizzas were excellent, both were delicious by the way). Walked in tonight explained the previous mistake and it was corrected with a smile and apology. Outstanding service and delicious pizzas.
People please if there is a mistake, give them a chance to correct it. I thoroughly appreciated the service and the experience. Plus we enjoyed the pizza immensely.

Ordered delivery, never received the multiple sauces I ordered and paid for. Called and asked for a refund and never received that either. The Parmesan garlic wings are just plain wings with a few little squirts of sauce across them. Very disappointing. Just moved here and will not be back.

I ordered extra cheese. extra Parmesan and paid for the additional extra cheese, and the pizza had basically sauce and the mushrooms That does not qualify even for regular cheese. Have some respect for the costumer . Why paying any extra if you are not going to add the cheese ???. This was on Sunday . I have ordered Dominos from a location close to work and is AMAZING !!

This is the second time I have ordered from the Collierville location this month. Ordered the same pizza both times large NY style. I like the crust a lot I just wonder were the toppings are? Ordered extra cheese this time no difference. I will not be ordering from here again

0 star experience with Collierville Byhalia Dominos. Did not deliver pizza’s for my son’s birthday. Did not call us that they will be late. We had to proactively call and figure after delivery time that they did not have drivers. Store Manager Ms Tate was rude along with other employees. We eventually picked up pizzas ourselves but were late for the party.

We order from here quite often. Notice it’s who you talk to whether or not you get specials they have. And I have ask for them to put sauce on our pizza 3 times and get home with an almost dry pizza. I love their pizzas but please listen to your customers. We can go to 3 other pizza places with in a couple of minutes from you. If you are going to charge me more at least make it worth it. Put the sauce on them.

Kiersten at the Collierville New Byhalia location is on her game! She thinks outside the box and applies polite manners in explaining issues that had arisen from an employee. Apply these characteristics and tact ma’am and you are going places in business.
