Ordered online and went to pick it up, they were having a private party. Went in and sat down to wait to pick up my food and was told that I couldn’t sit down unless I had a name tag. How was I to know what was happening there? Finally got my food and my French fries were missing. Finally was able to tell someone and everyone was rude, no apologies. Kept waiting and finally asked the bartender for a refund so that we could go somewhere else and was told no, my food was coming out in a minute and we are having a private party. The place was packed and I could barely move. I wished they would have refused my order since the place was having a private party. I didn’t want to intrude on a private party but I will never go back there. Never ever again. There were so many people going in and out of the kitchen, I wasn’t sure who worked there and who were customers so I didn’t know who to complain to. I’ve never been treated so rudely while spending $50 for burgers. Never ever again

We ate lunch here on a Saturday, it was very crowded and small like a typical cafe is. Due to only having 2 servers it took about a half hour for the burgers to come out, my burger was good and average the caramel shake was very delicious. Heads up the burgers do not come with a side. Also if you get chilly easily bring a sweater or jacket because the ac was on high.

My husband and I went there for the 1st time on Sunday. He ordered the AYCE Fish and I ordered the Hamburger & fries. Everything was great. The fish was AMAZING! 🤩
And our waitress was just as great too!
We will definitely be back for Round 2 of the Fish!!!!

Ate there today for the first time in while. Ordered a burger. It was just ok, something has changed. Maybe the quality of the meat, it did not really look like the burgers in the pictures and did not taste great.
In the past I always really enjoyed the hamburger but based on today’s experience I don’t think I will go back.
Fries were mediocre not really crispy.

Horrible service,,, no fish as well, waitress waited on 2 other couples before even coming to our table and we were there for about 10 min before they even walked inside the restaurant so needless to say won't be back there with my family of 5 again !!!
