My first time at this cafe was December 6th. I ordered a mushroom swiss burger and my boyfriend ordered a hamburger. The mushrooms on my burger were from a can and uncooked. They were put on my burger cold. I was violently sick from food poisoning for 10 days. It was the worst mushroom swiss burger I have ever had.
Friends and I had a great dinner experience at Dyer's tonight! My cheeseburger and fries were delicious, and they both loved their tomatoes basil bisque and sandwiches. And the loaded brownie was magnificent!! Rayven was our waitress, and even though they were packed, she kept our drinks filled and kept checking in to see if we needed anything. All in all it was a perfect meal!
Today I went by this place because my daughter wanted to see the trains and we were near by. Is not my meals so I was only getting her food and ordered a cup a water for me. I got the bill and I was charged for the water. I asked the waitress if it was tap water and she couldn’t tell me yes or no. This is ridiculous if you are going to charge for water at least we should be given a bottle of water.
Dyers is one of the best restaurants to enjoy an old fashioned hamburger and shake! Their hand made onion rings are incredible. It's like stepping back in time

Visited here years ago when I was in town. Had to stop in again for lunch while in the area. Great food and service. Very nostalgic place worth checking out.

Food is usually good if yoi can get staff to pay attention to your order. I ordered tamales, cheese and jalapeños only. Emphasized NO ONIONS. What did I get? Tamales smothered in onions. 0/10. Would not recommend.

They’ve gone way downhill on their shakes — they’ve cut the size in half and doubled the price!
Try the 4x4 Burger ?

Was greeted immediately upon entering given the choice of seating. It is so classic inside and the food oh my gosh the food was so tasty. Staff extra friendly. Plus there is a beautiful park across the street with trains you can go inside and Explorer. But the burger was cooked to order.

I came to this Collierville location on a sunday at brunch time /strictly because the commercial said they have chili covered tamales. We arrive get seated. Wait a significant amount of time. Only to be told they were out of tamales. Now, whoever did inventory step up your game. So I order a full house salad and a cup of their chili( which was luke warm). The full house salad for 8.95$ came with a huge bowl of package green lettuce and a extra small amount of diced cucumbers, no onion, shredded unflavored cheese or at least the extra small amount you couldn't taste, a couple croutons and it wasn't memorable enough to even remember if there were any tomatos but if it was there, probably only 1 grape tomato and 2 small plastic 1 tbsp of their thousand island dressing. But I believe that was more for a rueban sandwich than a salad flavor. However, my husband ordered their triple burger and French fries. He said the burger was alright. The fries that I tasted were soggy, not crisp and also greasy with no salt added. He said we never have to go back to this location, but we will go to Beale for that one. Even for the extra having to pay to park.Downtown Beale St Dyers for the win win.

Been coming for years because I think it’s the best burger ever. Not today and may not be back. We drive over an hour just to go there but today I ordered and knew something was wrong. Someone had changed the buns to these big thick buns and it was nasty. Def not the burger I usually eat. Need to keep the nostalgia of this burger and not change it up. Also how wouldn’t be must harder leave those fries in the oil just a bit longer. No one likes undercooked fries
Super cool atmosphere and friendly waitress, Krista! Sat outside and enjoyed the loaded bacon & cheese fries with our burgers! Bacon and Swiss burger was awesome and will definitely be returning! Hope to try the downtown Memphis location sometime, as well! First time trying Dyers and I see why they've been open since 1912!!
