It's been pretty good for many years. Im guessing the current economic and political climate had a negative effect on food & service because things did slip for a minute there. But they fought through it and still churned out top tier Mexican food. If I did this review a year ago it'd be 6 stars. I still recommend this over many other places.

Hate to leave a one star review because the food was very good, BUT hair in the food is unacceptable. Now if it was just one hair, it would still be gross but it happens. There were 4-5 hairs in the salsa, and I’m pretty sure they make a big batch of this at a time so who knows how many hairs are in that pot/how many customers had hair in their salsa tonight? Worst part is we didn’t even notice until we were almost done so who knows if we ate any of it. Showed the server the hairs and they didn’t say anything, just took the bowl away, no apology, no anything.

Moved back , use to enjoy Gtwn location.

SO SALTY , ate the ordered cheese dip. Left a full plate of over salty chili rellenos.

Will not be back and yes, i told the waiter of disappointment and he noticed full returned plate.

Bad timing on my part for my first experience here. Came in early for lunch, but had to leave before food was done because of other things. Service was great for the short time we were there, and the sweet tea was perfect. Street tacos (one order w steak and one w chorizo) were both awesome and I'll definitely be back!

Excellent service and food

If I could rate the walking robot, I would give him all the stars. They don't listen, they didn't care and for the almost 60 dollars I spent for two adults for lunch plus an under 11 year old, I would have been happier at Taco Bell.
I just wanted tacos with steak, grilled onions and peppers. I asked for a lil cilantro and lime on the side. Morning changed from how I eat my tacos. How much are just tacos.
$ 7.95.
$7.95 A piece? Wow, ok .
She said," no for 3"
I eat steak, grilled onion and pepper. Do you do grilled onion."
No raw,
I don't want raw,I want caramelized, do you do that?

Not realizing fajitas are made like that.
I said ok, but please put a lil cilantro and limes on the side.
She asked me 3 times hard shell, yes yes, for my child, yes yes
For my daughter, she took steak, she never mentioned up charge.
They need to mention that giving customer a change to change their mind
My daughter's come in a soft shell.. Just, 9 secs after she asked if she wanted hard shell
Mine comes.. fajitas style onions and peppers, I need to pick my battles, and 3 of the smallest dried lines I ever saw and then this MINI BOAT OF CILANTRO.
I couldn't use that much cilantro in a year. I ssid, you misunderstood me, I won't use it and you are gonna waste all of it.

I know they never want to see me again, which is great, as they won't..
Again, the robot was the best part of the restaurant and he doesn't stay around long enough to enjoy.

Never again. Nothing good to say. They barely gave me food; I ordered fajita nachos and this is what they brought out. The waiter made me order my drink at the bar and wouldn’t take my drink order at my table. He was rude. The food was nasty. If you can go somewhere else please do, this place is nasty from the food to the attitudes

We visited on a Monday around 5pm. When we walked in the atmosphere is strange. The people are not that friendly. They are still wearing mask. Their salsa is not good. It almost tasted like it has olives in it or maybe fermented? The refried beans are wired too. They are orange and doesn't taste like refried beans. The rice was ok. Our server had a strange doctor like vibe going on. There was no music it's quite dark inside. It was like eating at a funeral. On the good side everything was very clean. Almost sterile like. Just a very strange atmosphere. Like all the happiness died there.

My food was okay, nothing to get excited about. My daughter got the kids cheese quesadilla, and it tasted like burned oil or something. I thought she was just exaggerating being a kid, but when I tried it I thought it was just awful.

I will say it was quite interesting seeing the robot bringing the food to the tables. We have been here a few times & it’s usually hit or miss. The food is just ok. Nothing really spectacular about it. However my lemon drop margarita was really good! Overall the experience was just ok.
