Had an awesome time here — the vibe was right, drinks were on point, and the service was even better. Our bartender Jordan was amazing — super friendly, quick, and made some of the best cocktails I’ve had in a while. You can tell she really knows what she’s doing behind the bar. Big shoutout to Larious too — clearly runs a solid team. Definitely coming back.

I only had 2 drinks & the lobster dip which I absolutely love. I was told there was a wait on my dip. I received the dip & it was cold. I sent it back & it was minimally hot. To avoid anymore mishaps, I just dealt with it.

Had the best experience. Our server, Elvis, happened to notice it was my birthday on my ID. He surprised us with a special dessert and made my night! Service was phenomenal. Food was delicious. Would go again in a heartbeat

This is our first time trying Firebirds!
We started with the Lobster Spinach Queso🔥
Then we tried the Firebirds Chicken Pasta 🔥& for dessert we had the chocolate brownie sundae🔥
We will definitely return to try other menu items!!

Alexis was a fantastic server, she was able to answer all of our questions. She went above and beyond to give us excellent service. This was the best experience for us and the birthday girl. I'm definitely will be requesting her for my birthday 🎂!

I’ve been a loyal customer for years, but Sunday was by far the worst experience I’ve ever had at this location. Our server was inattentive—not just to our table, but to the only other table she was responsible for as well.
I ordered two Double Diamond drinks, and not only did they come out 20 minutes late, but they were made incorrectly—just straight pineapple juice, completely missing the mark. Our appetizers were served lukewarm, and it was obvious that guests seated 30–45 minutes after us were getting their drinks, appetizers, and meals well before us.
When we politely asked our server about our orders, she became rude and hostile. To make matters worse, we requested to speak with a manager, but no one ever came to address the issue.
It’s incredibly disappointing to see how much the service has declined at this location. My family visits twice a month, but after this experience, we’re seriously reconsidering returning.

Ya laris was a wonderful server

Ya Laris is the absolute best..professional & personable..attentive & respectful..I will return.

Our server Terrance was wonderful and friendly. It was my bday. Our food was delicious. We started our with that funny looking but taste so good bread! We had the Philly steak egg rolls for the app. I had the Lobster fondue salmon. It was all tasty. The killer Mac n cheese was a little sweet so we didn't like that at all. But the food was good.

I go to this restaurant once or twice a month with very few problems. However, tonight I ordered a medium rare filet steak. Unfortunately, my steak was brought out to me 2 separate times cooked and prepared incorrectly. The first time it had mushrooms and sauce and was well done and butterflied( not what I ordered) The second time it was brought out well done(not what I ordered). I’m pretty sure it was the same steak but with the mushrooms removed. Also, I saw a server eat a French fry right off of my plate by the kitchen right before bringing it to me. The funny thing is, there were only like 20 people dining in there, so my order should have been perfect.
