Firebirds Wood Fired Grill

Very disappointing experience. This restaurant used to be a favorite of ours but something has definitely changed. Half of our party of nine were provided lunch menus instead of dinner menus. (This was not identified until the end of our time here due to one individual NEVER receiving a meal.)We all ordered as normal and the server was very pleasant. Drinks were delivered promptly. Our dinner however came out very sporadic and not all together. Four people were finished eating before the others had their meal. And as stated before one individual never received their food. And after 30 minutes of waiting, AFTER every other person had eaten, we were told the item ordered was on the lunch menu and they were unable to make. This issue should have been identified and addressed either while we were ordering or shortly afterwards. Not after everyone else had eaten. The individual was brought a baked potato and offered a free dessert. A manager was not present, and if they were they never identified themselves or apologized. The staff were very nice and pleasant, it just appears there is a lack of training and management.

Elvis delivers the best service ever. He treats us like family and always goes the extra mile every time we are there. As always, the food is amazing!

Greeting from the time I walked in until the time I sat down was amazing. Everyone was pleasant and when it was time to order my table was very much taken care of. My ribeye was cooked with perfection. 10/10 from arrival until departure.

New Summer Specials available. The Meatloaf was very good and I will get it again. I am glad Firebirds brought it back, even if only for a short time.

I always enjoy going to this Firebirds location. We had a large party of 14 because we were celebrating my mom's birthday. We had to wait a bit but the tables were together shortly after arrival. My only complaint is that it felt as if the A/C was not working properly. It was not hot but it wasn't cool in there either. Once we got into the dining room it cooled down a bit. Our server Johneisha was magnificent!! Eventhough we were a large party she was very attentive. She also brought out a happy birthday treat for my mom. The food was delicious as always. Overall it was a good experience!!

The staff was very professional and knowledgeable of the menu. The bar staff exceeded their customer service skills when asked to make a particular drink. Elvis, Kiyah, and JoJo were a delightful during our conversation.

The lettuce in the Steak Salad was wilted. The chicken tortilla soup had the consistency of stew. Very disappointing.

The food was so good! Our server, Sara, was AWESOME! The philly cheesesteak egg rolls were wonderful!! And, the favorite drink is chargrilled pineapple guava! Non alcoholic, by the way!

I don't know what is going on with this location but it's atrocious. Nearly the entire staff was lax, the floors were sticky and unswept. Less than half of the restaurant was seated and zero tables were cleared or cleaned. There were dirty tables before we sat down and they were still dirty by the time we left. Our server was great but messed up a few times. We ordered baked potato's as a side and they came back room temp so we asked for new ones and we received the same temped potato with a warmer plate. There were no standards here. Very disappointed.

Bartender was on point making the Lemon drops. He checked on me frequently to see if I needed anything. This was my first time going around lunch time. It was quite which I liked.

Group of 7 of us. Food was delicious & our server was great. Fresh hot bread, lobster spinach dip & ranch onion rings for appetizers, juicy ribeyes & chocolate cake & ice cream for dessert. Drinks we constantly renewed. Pre-bussing would've been nice- but overall it was great! Toward the end what gave us pause was recognizing a former restaurant manager from another restaurant that we knew previously pulled some ungracious behavior & had a temper tantrum before he was fired.

Early dinner with very few people in restaurant. Waited 20 minutes for a waiter to even acknowledge us. Another 15 for drinks to arrive and our order taken. Horrendous service This place is not what it used to be.

Firebirds is great. But ladt night they left off my salad but brought my wifes. I got the ribs, and truthfully, they were overcooked big time, crunchy.

We had almost given up on this location, but decided to give another try today. Had excellent professional attentive service from Sara. Food was good and came spaced out between courses just right. We love it there and am hopeful that they are back to where they were before Covid.

Great service by Alexis. She was friendly and attentive. Food was generous portion and fresh.
