Greeting from the time I walked in until the time I sat down was amazing. Everyone was pleasant and when it was time to order my table was very much taken care of. My ribeye was cooked with perfection. 10/10 from arrival until departure.

I always enjoy going to this Firebirds location. We had a large party of 14 because we were celebrating my mom's birthday. We had to wait a bit but the tables were together shortly after arrival. My only complaint is that it felt as if the A/C was not working properly. It was not hot but it wasn't cool in there either. Once we got into the dining room it cooled down a bit. Our server Johneisha was magnificent!! Eventhough we were a large party she was very attentive....

The staff was very professional and knowledgeable of the menu. The bar staff exceeded their customer service skills when asked to make a particular drink. Elvis, Kiyah, and JoJo were a delightful during our conversation.
