Horrible service. Had my order door dashed and I called to report my missing milkshake and the person wanted to fight with me about giving it to my dasher. Food looked like they didn’t care at all. Everything smashed and fries everywhere. Be careful when dashing from here because they clearly do not care. Also wanted to say they don’t put the drink/milkshake in the bag when last time I ordered from them that’s what they did. Sounds like to me someone didn’t want to take responsibility and they hung up on me too after fighting with me over it and not listening to me. Horrible customer service no help at all.

Cajun Fries 🍟 are the best I’ve ever tasted! Always fresh… always. They cut their fries 🍟 fresh every time from Idaho Potatoes 🥔!!! Love ❤️ going here because food is always gonna be on point and fresh!!!

Find another five guys. Fries were the only good thing. ordered a bacon burger and of course when I got home It was covered in cheese which cannot eat. So had to throw it away. Tried calling this location to at least tell the manager that they need to be on the lookout for this but aftee 3 tries gave up. When someone says no cheese, they mean no cheese. Waste of money and time.

Our order was ready when we walked in. It was hot and fresh and the staff was pleasant and helpful. It was so nice to see someone sweeping up under tables after customers left. Don’t always see that.

Busy, fast paced atmosphere, but the food was good.
Stopped by for a quick bite to eat at 5 Guy's and ordered a burger and it was the best burger I've eaten in a long time, I'm talking about juicy, meaty and very flavorful. The continuity of the staff was like watching a play. Everyone were helping and assisting in the process of making the experience that much more pleasing.

My husband went inside and ordered to go. It was around lunchtime but he was out so quickly I thought he gave up on ordering. 🥲 But no! They were super quick and efficient. Our burgers were perfect! Everything was delicious 😍 Took off a star for atmosphere only bc I didn’t experience it and he didn’t say anything other than the employees were courteous and friendly. Which he was pleasantly surprised about considering how busy they were.
