My husband bought me the most delicious cookie cake I’ve ever had from Frost Bake Shop in Collierville!
The design was perfect, and he said the costumer service was top notch! We will definitely be using Frost for all of our baked goods needs in the future!

We ordered a special cake for my granddaughters birthday. Emma helped with all the details, she is extremely helpful and has great communication. The cake turned out just as we hoped it would and everyone loved it, especially the birthday girl! We will definitely call Emma/Frost for our future cake needs! Thanks Emma

We stopped in here a couple of times while we were in Memphis.

We had a German chocolate cake, caramel cake, strawberry gooey butter cookie, lemon gooey butter cookie, gooey butter bar and a peanut butter cookie sandwich. Everything we had was excellent and they had excellent service.

Frost is definitely my preferred bakery. I'm from middle TN (3 hrs away), and I have managed to make fans out of most of my family. So, I often have to travel with a box or two of goodies. Let me tell you, it's difficult to refrain from enjoying one or two during my drive. 😁 Putting then in the backseat helps. My daughter is a fan of the strawberry, like me. My grandboys are fans of the funfetti. My mother & aister both like the red velvet. And everyone misses the chocolate if I fail to bring some. Frost has done more than one celebration for us always with zero problems.
I absolutely recommend Frost to anyone for any occasion or for no occasion at all.

I went to the Collierville location recently for a custom cake and was met with great service and a delicious product! This was my first ever visit to Frost, but Emma made the process easy breezy! I am so pleased with the kindness and efficiency demonstrated. Can’t wait to use Frost Collierville for my next sweet treat!

I’ve had one of the worst customer service experiences at Frost. I am a frequent frost costumer, having spend hundreds on cupcakes and cookies. I was going to make an order that costs $772. However, I had to cancel my order because I have more self respect then to be talked down to by their employees. First, it’s almost impossible getting anyone on the phone. Second, when I was inquiring about their 20% teacher discount, I was unaware that there was a $50 cap. When I asked the cake manager, Emma, if she could clarify with the owner, Kristi, about the cost, she spoke rudely about me behind my back. Emma *thought* she put the phone on mute, but I could clearly hear her vent to Kristi “I don’t know what else to tell her” in a condescending, exasperated tone. Mind you, I have been extremely kind and considerate with Emma, especially considering the fact that the cake manager that previously handled my order quit Frost and Emma was almost impossible to reach.

To make matters worse, the owner herself talked to me condescendingly and didn’t take any responsibility for her staff talking rudely about me.

Please know, they may smile in your face, but will talk about you behind your back. I thank God that the phone wasn’t on mute so I can now take my money and business to a place that actually cares about its customers.

I have no idea how this location has 4.5 stars lol. I went to get a chocolate cupcake and try Frost for the first time - maybe because I'm used to Muddy's - I walked in with no greeting. It was cold inside. The atmosphere was cold, the employees were...cold and dull. The cupcakes were cold and refrigerated. I tasted it - I got a chocolate and German chocolate one, and the cake was dry and crumbly, and the frosting for both was not that great - pretty artificial tasting. I'm def not coming back, but good luck

I love Frost. I am not from the area and heard about this place word of mouth. I have advanced from the delicious cookies to a whole caramel cake. I froze half the cake for weeks and took it out to thaw and it was still delicious like the first day it was made.

I have fallen in love with Frost! I live in Desoto County & we have plenty of bake shops but I make the drive to frost to get their cakes and cookies! They are the best around! I hope they bring a location to the Mississippi side soon!! I might drive to get me a slice of caramel cake tomorrow!

I love Frost! I can always count on them having something delicious for any special occasion, and the butter cookies and chocolate chip cookies are amazing! The small cupcake bites are the perfect size, and are just as beautiful as they are delicious. The pink ones are perfect for a baby shower. I also love how Frost supports our community. They are quick to donate to a good cause, and generously supplied cookies to the Collierville Farmers Market (in photo) more than once to commemorate customer appreciation day. Having them in Collierville sure is sweet!

Me and my family love frost! We use them for every event
