Chocolate icing on chocolate cake- There is more than double the frosting on a piece of cake than what is inside. Everyone at the party felt sick to their stomach when they finished their cake. I scraped all my icing off & was left with a miniature piece of cake. Please stop only focusing on beauty. I doubt the owner or employees eat the cakes themselves or they would change things up.

Everything I've had so far has had a good flavor. Saying that, both cakes and the cupcakes have been dry on occasions. The frosting is on the hard side on the cupcakes, better on the cakes. I requested Happy Birthday with a name. The name was not written, just Happy Birthday which was generic and embarrassing. The teenage employees seemed preoccupied, were talking with each other, and I felt rushed. When I called I was told to just come in to get a strawberry cake from the case. They were not able to put any kind of flower when asked. There were not other customers in the store at the time, so no excuse for any of the issues mentioned.

I purchased 3 cookies I did not need because I am trying to cut back on the sweets. I got a lemon crisp, oatmeal raisin, and snickerdoodle cookie. ALL THE COOKIES WERE DELICIOUS!! There are not many places that sell cookies that give a homemade taste. I live in Birmingham, AL. I will see to ordering more to be delivered to me. I love this place.

I bought a cheesecake for my wife's birthday. After eating 4 slices, we found a long hair in one of the slices. We contacted the store and spoke with the manager. We told him, we had eaten a little less than half of the cheesecake before we found the hair. He said for us to come in with a picture and or the hair still in the cake and he would give us a full refund. Due to the weather, we were having in this area, he said, for us to come in once the roads were safe to travel, which was five days after speaking with him on the phone. When we were finally able to make it back to the store, the woman running the store refused to give us a full refund. She made up multiple excuses to not give us a full refund. Being that almost half the cheesecake was eaten, even after we told her that we had told the manager that on the front end, and the other excuse was that it took us more than several days to bring the cake back, even though she was very aware of the weather that we had been having, which kept us from getting to the store. Long story short, she only refunded us back half of the cost. This was a $40 cheesecake, and she is willing to lose several customers by not refunding us the full amount. I guess these managers don't understand that by not doing the right thing, can cost them money in the long run. So I'm assuming it's more important for this lady to not refund us the other $20 and take the risk of losing three, four, etc. customers which, in essence is causing her way more than $20.00. P.S. The woman did offer us a store credit, but we reminded her that the manager promised us a full refund, because we did not want to purchase anything else from that store after what we went through.

Frost Bake Shop is a great place to grab something to satiate your sweet tooth if you are in the Collierville, Tennessee area. The cupcakes were excellent and they were served with a friendly enthusiasm, which makes it all the better of an experience. The place has that general bakery vibe, which brought back some great memories. Frost Bake Shop is a great destination to satisfy your craving for something sweet. I would definitely recommend Frost Bake Shop and will give it an overall rating of five stars.

I bought a German chocolate cake from this location and the cake had only 2 layers which had been sliced to make it appear like 4. and tastes like devil food cake with coconut frosting. I have purchased German chocolate cakes from the poplar location and they are entirely different. I have saved this cake to take back when they open on tuesday because this was horrible to have to try and serve for the holidays. The cake I received was made at somebody's kitchen and put out to sell. Horrible Note: the previous German chocolate cakes had three layers and tasted better. This is the worst cake ever.

I ordered my daughters 2nd birthday cake and smash cake from here. The cake was absolutely beautiful, however it was a bit dry. I am fan of Frost bake shop's Key lime mini and the double stuffed oatmeal raisin cookies. My daughter lovers their Caramel cupcakes, Confetti cupcakes, Oreo cupcakes, and their butter bars. Overall they are really good.

So my husband and I aren't big cake people. We weren't even sure we wanted a cake at our wedding. We tried a couple of places and weren't sold on anything until we went to Frost. The cakes we tried were so delicious we went from not being sure we wanted a cake to second guessing if we wanted one to feed everybody! We ended up going with a small cake for the two of us, and it was perfect. It was decorated beautifully with the artificial flowers I provided and again, tasted amazing. We can't wait to break it back out for our 1-year anniversary! Thank you, Gabby and Frost, for a great experience.

We spoke to the workers and they greeted us with a very nonchalant attitude, we were very displeased with the Service!
