Great American Cookies

I had to make some last minute changes to my order and the staff was very accommodating. Lakisha did a great job decorating the cake and everyone enjoyed it!

Tammy is always so wonderful to work with. I use her for all of my kids birthday party’s, they do an amazing job.

Our family tradition is a cookie cake for birthdays, graduations, commissioning, rehearsal dinners and births! I have been purchasing these cookie cakes for many many years. The GACC staff is always so helpful and friendly. They have good ideas and suggestions. Amy decorated these and they look awesome! I highly recommend the GACC in Collierville. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

1 of my 6 cookies was great, the other 5 were not. Rock hard so either overcooked or they were day old, and it was before noon.

Chocolate chip cookies have no flavor. I get a hint of chocolate when I bite into a chip but other than that, nothing. No vanilla, no brown sugar, no cinnamon. Also, the icing has no flavor. They obviously make their cookies with cheap ingredients and still charge a substantial amount.

I come here way more often than I probably should, And I am always pleased! Like all retail places, it can be pretty crazy sometimes! No one in retail loves their job and has a great day EVERY day, BUT I have found the employees to be very hard-working and conscientious!

The staff here use to be kind and caring. Now they are just rude and unbotherd. No body wants to work anymore and being pleasant is out of the question. Really pathetic...
