Size and flavors were fine.wings were cooked a little too hard else I would have given them 5 stars!Ordered online which said order would be ready in 21 minutes. In 10 minutes I got a text saying that they were ready! I'll definitely order again.

I ordered through UBER eats, they took forever to prepare the order or at least that was what the app showed, also I paid for extra sauce and ranch dressing and none was included, while the wings were still warm, the fries were super cold and soggy. Sorry I wont order again. Such disappointment.

Girl at to go station very rude and clearly not trained. Just kept saying she didn't see my order so I asked for the manager because I showed her where I had been charged on my account and the email stating what time to pick up my order. She then went to the back to get the manager but I could hear her yelling "THIS LADY WANTS TO TALK TO YOU AND SHE'S GOT AN ATTITUDE!!" At that point yes I had an attitude and she better be glad that I knew that she was a child! If that is your child teach them better respect period. I'm not arguing with children at all yes please go get an adult manager to speak with me little girl.

I ordered the ribeye steak and gotba small portion, it was supose to come with 2 sides (broccoli and mashed potators) in which ibgot neither one nor was ib ever asked if I want a different side so instead they just brought me a corn on the cob and that's it no second. No options no nothing. Ordered a dessert and decided to get it to go and the cake was frozen I know you put all the toppings on it as well. The service was poor and the food was poor. This is my second time going to that restaurant but at this location and it's the last time. No time for bad experiences. I'm not speaking for all the Chili's restaurants but I am on this one here in Collierville Tennessee it was bad all around it's hey zero for me I do not recommend this place at all it definitely was not a $50 dinner

You can't order by phone. You can't order for curb side by ordering on line. Basically, you have to have them delivered by Doordash. That's your only option.
