Grossly overpriced for what it is ... over 30 dollars for 2 bags of chips and 2 mini subs ( that include 2 very thin slices of meat and cheese ) and 1 regular sub meal ... very little choices ... would much rather go to subway or lennys .

Freaky fast and they mean it. By the time I wash my hands in the bathroom my sandwich is already made and ready waiting. Excellent service thanks guys!

Terrible service. First time visiting this location on 8/24 and I will not be returning. Placed a mobile order & went to pick up 15 minutes later. Was told they were too busy & couldn’t make my sandwiches for awhile. When I asked to cancel & get a refund, the employee said good less sandwiches we have to make. I wasn’t the only one cancelling & leaving either!

This was my first time eating at this location. The server was inattentive and was touching different surfaces without washing her hands and changing her gloves. Another employee was in the backroom while people stood in line waiting. I didn't eat all of my food after observing the unclean behavior.

Terrible service. Placed an online order and arrived 20 minutes later with no employees visible in the store. Finally, someone emerged from the back and my order was still unfilled despite no other dining customers. Chic-Fil-A is just down the street FYI.

This location has gone wayyyyy down. The employees are rude and dismissive. They messed up my order that I placed on the app. Thank goodness I checked before I got all the way home. The cashier never took her headphones off. I will never visit the 785 Poplar Ave. store again.

Not freaky fast. Only three people working and a lot of orders. Waited at least 15 minutes for our food. It seemed like the workers did not communicate well with each other. No names taken for the orders either.

The staff, was super friendly and professional.

Unlike Subway, you place order and get your receipt. They fix the sub their way, not yours.

1st time visiting to order and it was an absolutely wonderful experience. Staff welcoming and food was yummy! The options for what i wanted made my visit even better! The Tuscan Italian wrap full of flavor! Will be ordering here from now on…

The Italian is so good! Definitely the best sandwich place around. Will definitely be back. Very clean and nice and nice people. Great customer service! 5 stars hands down!
