Ordered a gargantuan and this was not it. Poor service, poor food.
Update....I already went to that site and said the same thing. No response.
This location has gone wayyyyy down. The employees are rude and dismissive. They messed up my order that I placed on the app. Thank goodness I checked before I got all the way home. The cashier never took her headphones off. I will never visit the 785 Poplar Ave. store again.
Not freaky fast. Only three people working and a lot of orders. Waited at least 15 minutes for our food. It seemed like the workers did not communicate well with each other. No names taken for the orders either.
The staff, was super friendly and professional.

Unlike Subway, you place order and get your receipt. They fix the sub their way, not yours.
1st time visiting to order and it was an absolutely wonderful experience. Staff welcoming and food was yummy! The options for what i wanted made my visit even better! The Tuscan Italian wrap full of flavor! Will be ordering here from now on…
The Italian is so good! Definitely the best sandwich place around. Will definitely be back. Very clean and nice and nice people. Great customer service! 5 stars hands down!
Second time at this location and order was wrong again! Sad when they repeat the order back to you but make it wrong. Lesson learned and will not be back
My sandwich was not good didn’t have half of the fixing I ask for.But customer service was good but I will stick with Jersey Mike and firehouse sub.

Jimmy’s John’s has great sandwiches and great deals to go along with them. Make sure to download the app to get even better deals. Everyone at this location is always friendly and attentive to making sure my order is accurate. I would say try all their sandwiches they literally the best around.
Quick and easy. Great food and service.
Visited 12/3 around 7:30 pm and the young man that was working alone was super friendly and helpful. Store was immaculate. Nice to see people doing their job well, it is always noticed and appreciated by your customers.
My pick up order wasn’t quite right this time. Normally, this store is better than they were today.
Also, the potato salad tastes kind of old.
Such a clean restaurant. The food was made fast, it all tasted and looked great.
