Rude , nonchalant employees. They didn’t sign off my order so i waited over 30 minutes when it probably had been ready, who knows how long it sat there. I received an expired side, with a past date written in big black numbers. Luckily I checked my bag before I left and when I went back in they gave me the stupidest look and no apology. I understand having downtime at work but at least go in the back and don’t sit in the dining area scrolling on your phone. Especially when you’re not doing your job effectively. Not a good look.

Update: I went to eat my sandwich to discover my order is wrong. And the pesto side tastes like soap.

You get a 4, bc my wife and kids love it. But I have to pay for it, so I'd give you a 2 for outrageous pricing. The large/everything sandwich was $22. That's not a typo. The selection is good, but come on; I know Biden has driven up the price of LIFE, but you don't have to punish me on the price of sliced, gelatinous meat by-product.

I've ordered here on a few occasions, and through several ways; Uber Eats, direct through the app, and walk in. The one thing that I can't complain about is the promptness of the food.The downside to this location is on several occasions they turn off their delivery service, so 1 out of 3 times I want to order, I can't since delivery isn't an option.

Shortly after welcoming our child, my girlfriend and I made our first stop at this Jimmy John's. She had been eagerly awaiting her favorite sub throughout her pregnancy. The warmth and kindness we received from the staff made our visit truly memorable. A huge shoutout to the store manager and the assistant for their exceptional service. Moments like these remind us why we're loyal to Jimmy John's.

I stopped by for the first time. I wanted to give it a try. I bought the "Big John" 7 inch sub. Very disappointing. 2 small slices of roast beef, little lettuce and tomatoes, but lots of mayo. Yuck. No choices of types of bread either. I will not return.
