I do feel discrimination on their service. And seems they have an “appearance preference “on customers. Me and my friend went there to have dinner tonight, there are people join before and after us. All of them got service and order drinks right after they sat down. We wait for a long time.The servants just keep talking with each other and seems like no one want to serve our table. I asked them about why only us need to wait, they claimed that they forgot it. This is unacceptable because we are the only people sitting there with nothing on table and they could clearly notice from their side. After my meal, I would like to ask for my check from a server passed by, she just ignored us and directly go to the table behind us. I don’t know why they treat people in different way and why you are hiring people with such arrogance and discrimination. Would never go there again.

Don’t let their website, photos, and menu fool you. My dad was in the Air Force and I grew up in Japan. It isn’t unusual for the Chinese to sell Japanese for higher profit margins, however, what they feed you in this noodle bar is way too ridiculous. They mix yellow thickener with salt and MSG, and call that Japanese curry!? Submerge rice with this mystery liquid and call it Donburi?? Their ramen is also a joke too. You better off making your own instant ramen at home, enough said? Our waitress Elizabeth was super nice and sweet, so we left her 20% even though the food wasn't fit for human consumption.

We went to Kami Collierville as a family of four (2 adults, 1 5 year old and 1 2 year old) on a Sunday night. We throughly enjoyed everything we ordered as well as the very attentive service and atmosphere. We had the coconut shrimp and pork gyoza for appetizers. The kids meal was the chicken karaage with fries. We ordered the spicy chicken ramen and they actually split it for us without any issues. The Japanese melon soda was a new experience as well. The waitress helped me open it when I had no idea what to do. I would highly recommend this restaurant as it is family friendly and high quality food. We will definitely be back. Next time I will definitely take pictures!
First time being here and the food was DELICIOUS! The atmosphere was like a cool kind of vibe! The only down side was the service. I think because the waiter was a younger gentleman that may have had a reason behind it.

I live in DC where we have Chinatown and authentic Asian restaurants; and this is one of the best ramens I’ve ever had. Season to perfection. Just enough spices. And enough meat and portions for a perfect balance.The service was also excellence.I might go a second time before I leave. Definitely one of the best restaurants in Memphis from food to service.Laid back and very clean too

Cute place, love the wall murals of Japan. Nice friendly people. I had the takoyaki which were ok, not my favorite version. Pork ramen is delicious and the marinaded eggs are perfect yummm. Was expecting thicker noodles but the flavor of broth was excellent. I'd go back but just stick to ramen.
