KFC employee came to dinning area while on his lunch break. Sets down and places his phone on speaker and begins to listen to very vulgar content. It was loaded with f bombs and content speaking of female parts and performing with a female sexually. I was by myself. However, two other elderly ladies were there trying to enjoy their lunch. Very embarrassing.

I see why the reviews so bad , it’s start with the head ( Manager) not one time I go in there & he doesn’t start a argument with me , it never fails, very poor management, after today he doesn’t have to worry about me coming back & I patiently wait just to get this chicken been cooked for a while & when I say something about not getting my chicken before the other customer, his attitude blow out the frame , but I waited from 4:49 to 5:15 and they came in after me got their chicken before me & mines was ready just sitting there I assumed 🤦🏾♀️why the manager argue with a customer , need to know how to run a restaurant in the right manner , very unprofessional!

The worst KFC I’ve ever seen. It’s 3pm afternoon Not busy time but It took me so long for an order. There are 3 employees working without hurrying, then a young lady just looks at me and points to another lady who will take my order. When I come in, there is no one driving through but It got me waited for two employees taking another one drive through orders. I feel like they ignore me that made me so upset. Besides that, a few customers were waiting for getting their right food because someone made a mistake on their orders. I can’t stand their behavior, bad service I better get out of there and straight to Popeyes. Seems like they don’t care about their business, I never go there again.

This is a hidden jewel in Collierville. Run like a Mom and Pop do all food is made fresh. The wait is a bit longer but oh it is worth it. Just always remember to order on your app when you leave the house and you handle the wait issue. (You will slso pile up points). Best chicken around. My family even says beats Chick fila. The white meat tenders have that herb seasoned flour that can’t be beat. The manager always takes care of us like it’s his own business so get to know him. He is great. I can’t say enough about this food. For less than $10.00 each we always get the 3 large tender combo, we upsize the side for each person to share (we choose the mashed potatoes and gravy as well as cole slaw for the next person). The biscuit that comes with it is the most buttery. Flaky around. The only reason to not go is fear of addiction! You feel like you have had a home cooked meal every time you order. Thank me later!
