Ordered door dash , told me my order wasn’t paid for

Manager please fix your pickup order process. I placed a pickup order in app. When I arrived I waited in front of the 'mobile order pickup' sign.
After 10 minutes the cashier asked if I had a pickup order. Then said I have to tell them I have a pickup order because they otherwise don't know.
I'm standing at the pickup sign to acknowledge I have a pickup order. What is there to know? Should I stand at the register and wait there?
What is the pickup cabinet on the counter for?
Then they started making my order.
When I finally got the order I had to ask for the drink twice. No utensils. No napkins.
Why is this so difficult? Wasn't really that busy at the time.
Other locations I've been to don't have this problem. Seems to just be the Collierville location.

They need to shut this store down. People please do not patronize this business anymore. They need to understand that without customers, their business is nothing. Worst customer service ever, will make you wait for hours. They are heartless! Order somewhere else!

Cashier was not very nice waited over 30 minutes for 3 pieces of chicken and 3 tenders.drink machine did not work.I think you need to fire everyone and start over again

The sad part is when I first started going here, I kept going back because the service was amazing. Fast forward about three months and now they have the worst customer service that I have ever experienced at a Fast Food Restaurant. Besides the fact that they never have any chicken ready and this is their specialty, they have the nerve to answer the phone, never said anything and just left it off the hook to apparently stop from hearing it ring. The last time I was actually there, I was told to wait 20 minutes on some wings and then it actually turned out to be over 30. They may as well just shut this location down because the owners will lose money due to laziness and lack of Customer service. I’m sure these same people expect great care when they go anywhere else.

Everytime I order delivery they tell us they don’t have our order. They tell us we haven’t paid and we don’t get the order or refund. Not good

If you were studying how not to run a KFC you'd start here. I did an online order so I could pick it up and go not wait an additional 25 minutes. With 2-3 people just walking around not doing anything I can see why you don't have enough people to run the drive thru and front counter. Then you give me tenders that taste like they were cooked in pickle juice. Save yourself the headache just look somewhere else.

Im about 2 weeks late on this review, but it needs to be done. The collierville location on this particular day was absolutely terrible. You one guy outside on a smoke break, you had another guy in the lobby on a lunch break, I assume. You had no one at the front counter, and when someone finally did come to the front counter, another customer had to call him to the front after standing there at least 20 minutes before even being acknowledged. When this guy finally did come around to take an order, his approach was, "What's up?" all dry and unconcerned as if the customers were bothering him. There was a young lady there waiting who told us something about the employees at kfc telling her they were low on chicken because Popeyes closed. She waited nearly an hour for her order, according to her. I have to admit, I've never seen such a poor display of customer service in my life. I know we have options, and I opted to leave after waiting too long to have my order taken. I figured if the service was this horrible, the food couldn't be much better. I hope this review reaches the manager or the district/regional manager, as I feel they should know what's going on in their restaurants in the event sales aren't where they should be.

Would not even give this place one star so far waiting 30min blowing my lunch time at work and have received nothing awful service

They were out of nearly everything. I asked for tenders, was told I had to wait. I waited almost 15 minutes throughout this ordeal that included a shift change. When they came back, I asked for tenders again and they said they were out and it would take 20 minutes. I asked had they not dropped some when I asked earlier. No. Asked for just an extra crispy chicken meal. Out of that too. I finally left without ordering. This location always has issues. It was not a one time problem.

Placed a mobile order and at pick up time it said ready. Great! Go inside and there's multiple people waiting for their pick ups. 30 minutes later still no food. Don't mark an order ready that isn't.

I do a little delivery driving on the side and had an order for KFC popped up. I usually don't take chain fast-food restaurants because they are notorious for long wait times and poor quality, but this was paired with another order.

When I came in, it took someone 5-7 minutes to help me. The manager, I'm assuming, said that he'd be with me in one moment but proceeded to do everything else but help me. When he came to the register, he started asking questions for an order before I could even open my mouth to tell him I was picking up a delivery. I told him the name and he said, one moment, before walking off. Next, I proceeded to wait 10-15 mins, watching the workers be as slow as possible to finish orders - they were prioritizing drive-thru over their dining room customers. Finally, I cancelled the delivery and left without a word.

Waiting that long for an order loses you money more than anything in the delivery game. Also, a huge amount of cancellations from drivers will deter the platform from pushing their restaurant.

there needs to be a whole new management in this location because waiting 50mins for a bucket of chicken ain’t it. i was about to dispute the charges, but then the lady came up to my car and gave me my order without even apologizing or telling me what happened for having to wait this long. chicken was soggy. came home after 12hr shift defeated with my soggy dinner.
