They charge you for food, others that they do not give you, and they do not have bad customer service or education.

The worst KFC I’ve ever seen. It’s 3pm afternoon Not busy time but It took me so long for an order. There are 3 employees working without hurrying, then a young lady just looks at me and points to another lady who will take my order. When I come in, there is no one driving through but It got me waited for two employees taking another one drive through orders. I feel like they ignore me that made me so upset. Besides that, a few customers were waiting for getting their right food because someone made a mistake on their orders. I can’t stand their behavior, bad service I better get out of there and straight to Popeyes. Seems like they don’t care about their business, I never go there again.

Bad service. It took over 30 minutes for a 16-piece chicken meal. The manager was arguing with the employees. The employees were yelling and in a bad mood! Bad service. Don't go there. You'll lose your money.

I ordered a 3 piece tender combo and they should be ashamed the size of the tenders that i got was ridiculous and then the attitude of the workers left a lot to be desired

This is a hidden jewel in Collierville. Run like a Mom and Pop do all food is made fresh. The wait is a bit longer but oh it is worth it. Just always remember to order on your app when you leave the house and you handle the wait issue. (You will slso pile up points). Best chicken around. My family even says beats Chick fila. The white meat tenders have that herb seasoned flour that can’t be beat. The manager always takes care of us like it’s his own business so get to know him. He is great. I can’t say enough about this food. For less than $10.00 each we always get the 3 large tender combo, we upsize the side for each person to share (we choose the mashed potatoes and gravy as well as cole slaw for the next person). The biscuit that comes with it is the most buttery. Flaky around. The only reason to not go is fear of addiction! You feel like you have had a home cooked meal every time you order. Thank me later!

I have rediscoved KFC and I am loving it!!!I decided to try the original recipe tenders and oh my gosh, they put Chick Fil A to shame. My husband and I get 3tenders combo: one gets large mashed potatoes/gravy and one gets large Cole slaw. We share the sides. It’s amazing guys. They are a little slow here because they make the chicken fresh so we order on the app as we leave. It’s ready when we arrive. Please try it. You will fall in love!
Worst fast food experience ever. Waited 25 minutes to b get chicken and nuggets. Nobody tells you what’s going on. Just waiting.

Ordered door dash , told me my order wasn’t paid for
Manager please fix your pickup order process. I placed a pickup order in app. When I arrived I waited in front of the 'mobile order pickup' sign.
After 10 minutes the cashier asked if I had a pickup order. Then said I have to tell them I have a pickup order because they otherwise don't know.
I'm standing at the pickup sign to acknowledge I have a pickup order. What is there to know? Should I stand at the register and wait there?
What is the pickup cabinet on the counter for?
Then they started making my order.
When I finally got the order I had to ask for the drink twice. No utensils. No napkins.
Why is this so difficult? Wasn't really that busy at the time.
Other locations I've been to don't have this problem. Seems to just be the Collierville location.

They need to shut this store down. People please do not patronize this business anymore. They need to understand that without customers, their business is nothing. Worst customer service ever, will make you wait for hours. They are heartless! Order somewhere else!

The sad part is when I first started going here, I kept going back because the service was amazing. Fast forward about three months and now they have the worst customer service that I have ever experienced at a Fast Food Restaurant. Besides the fact that they never have any chicken ready and this is their specialty, they have the nerve to answer the phone, never said anything and just left it off the hook to apparently stop from hearing it ring. The last time I was actually there, I was told to wait 20 minutes on some wings and then it actually turned out to be over 30. They may as well just shut this location down because the owners will lose money due to laziness and lack of Customer service. I’m sure these same people expect great care when they go anywhere else.

If you were studying how not to run a KFC you'd start here. I did an online order so I could pick it up and go not wait an additional 25 minutes. With 2-3 people just walking around not doing anything I can see why you don't have enough people to run the drive thru and front counter. Then you give me tenders that taste like they were cooked in pickle juice. Save yourself the headache just look somewhere else.
