I am very disappointed with how the manager, Michael Spiller, treated my husband. We shopped at the Kroger, used a Kiosk, which did not print a receipt. My husband went to customer service for assistance for a receipt since the lady at the Kiosk was unable to print a receipt. My bank statement clearly showed that the money was subtracted from my balance, but showed processing, as all transactions do, especially on the weekend. Michael Spiller, the manager, made me leave my groceries as if I had stolen from Kroger. I returned once the item was converted from processing to processed for a refund. My husband says he will never shop at Kroger again. This was ridiculous and unprofessional for the manager to not understand how debit transactions process.

Very, very, very poor customer service in the Deli Department. I paid over $300 for drumettes , but received only half of the order. I returned to the store and was told they are sold by weight, and not by count. This was not explained to me when I made the order. Since I got only half of the order, I was expecting a refund for half of the cost, but was offered a $50 store credit. How pathetic! You will not get another penny from me and I will report this incident to the BBB and let my family and friends know of my bad experience with your store.

Would not answer phone in deli or bakery. Jothathon ( working service desk) even went over & asked them to answer. They’ve lost my business.

it’s awful! My pickup orders have never once been correct! The Pharmacy is awful- it takes forever to get your prescriptions& the pharmacy NEVER answer the phone ! I won’t do pickup orders or in store orders & half of their ad promos are never right!

This has got to be one of the WORST stores as far as customer service. I first asked for a receipt for a customer of mine and was told they don’t provide receipts anymore and that I would have to use the app. Well...the app wasn’t working. They acknowledged it wasn’t and that I couldn’t get a receipt that way either and suggested I go to customer service, return everything and purchase it in store instead. Sooooo....you want me to ring them all up and purchase them all on her

I did the pickup. I literally ordered a total of 10 items. I waited an hour for them to bring it out to me, only to have the 2 refrigerated items brought to me. The girl tells me she’s running in the store to grab the rest....25 min later I call back bc she hasn’t returned. I was then missing 6 items. 5 of the 6 items was canned almonds that she only grabbed 1 can of. She told me she was going to fix my receipt but she never did. I was charged for the full amount!! Do not shop at this Kroger!!

Great job this morning by the clicklist team. My order came out quickly, minimal substitutes, the associate encouraged me to look over and remove anything I didn’t want, and all of my produce looks great. I know it gets more hectic as the day goes on, but they rocked the 7am time slot today and I really appreciate their services.

Employees are working very hard to keep items stocked and available for US to purchase during these unknown times. Are they perfect? Certainly not. But I have seen their exhaustion. I have seen those who get yelled at for something totally out of their control. I have seen employees working together to make OUR shopping experience the best they can. And I have seen their unexpected smile when I’ve said they are very much appreciated. Yes, I definitely recommend Kroger.

Excellent selection of meats. Boar's Head is a little pricey, but well worth it. Kroger's Private Selection is a little less and equally good. Maybe I just go at the right times, but I never have to wait long and if there is a line someone almost always stops what they are doing to help the next customer. I also noticed that the larger stores are slicing the more popular meats and packaging them for sale, which eliminates the wait altogether. Keep up the good work!
