La Hacienda Mexican Restaurant

Still waiting on the check or anybody to look at my table after 30 minutes. This establishment does NOT like its customers. EDIT server was getting drunk at the bar, how this establishment is allowed to run is beyond me.

La hacienda in collierville makes me feel like a king they wait on me hand and foot. A lot of times they bring my drink before I even ask.
It was very warm and inviting and they make me feel like family.

Food is good. I usually get the shrimp chimichanga. Shrimps are delicious

Sorry. Food barely warm. Gave me chicken instead of Beef in Chimichanga. Wife’s soup Luke warm. 1st and last time for us here

Haven't visited this restaurant I n quite a while. They didn't disappoint or skip a beat. Love the new location as well. Looking forward to returning soon.

Great food and friendly service

I have eaten at la hacienda ever Sunday the majority of my life. The people there are as friendly and kind as can be and I am yet to find a Mexican restaurant with chips cheese dip and salsa that come anywhere close. Truly the best.

We have been coming here for several years now and have always loved our experience. Tonight for the 2nd time we were charged a 15% tip and we only had a party 3 our table. Also the food was not up to the normal standard.

We love La Hacienda! We lost the one close to us in Cordova, so it was great to see our favorite server at this location.

I came in with five family members hoping to get great Mexican food. However, nothing was good. We spent $113. They charged us for things we asked to be taken out of the dish. We ordered four drinks, they charged us for six. I am lactose intolerant and told the waitress not to put any on anything. They sprinkled small portions of cheese in Chimichonga. The meat was not cooked completely. The waitress disappeared. All and all, it is our last time there. And don't recommend.

Came to relax and have nachos. The supreme nachos come with TWO jalepenos. Literally, 2. Toppings were skimpy. A little lettuce, a spoonful of tomatoes. Would have happily asked for more halepenos, but waitress did not return until nachos were consumed. Sigh. On a positive note, they always have good salsa and thin chips that I like though.

Food is always hot, fresh & so good.

Ordered to soup Togo. Didn’t have a lot of flavor. They used a Togo styrofoam cup that leaked so the bag of chips was wet before I could get back to work.
