Ordered a mile high turkey and I added avocado spread. This was an order on the mobile app for pickup. When I got home it was missing the avocado spread which I paid extra for. My husband got a text asking him to fill out a survey about his experience. He did and mentioned the missing spread and he gets a text I’m assuming from the owner saying to bring the sandwich back and they will remake it. I ate the sandwich so that wasn’t an option. I’m on my lunch hour. Anyway the owner then texts back that he looked at the video and it wasn’t missing… lol! It’s ok, I prefer other local sandwich shops with better service and ingredients anyway.
