Website show no waiting checked before we left. Checked in the car....checked at a red light. Get there today 6/19 and told 90min wait. Not acceptable...new visit bday to many issues don't have 20 minutes. Slow service...etc....New visit 9 months later. Much better overall, which is nice I enjoy a good steak. 12-23 visit flawless food and service. 4-11 visit so so service food was great.

The service was horrible. The server brought plates to eat the bread on and they were disgusting with dried butter on them. I asked for a clean plate and you could see where she just wiped the butter off. I told the manager and she couldn't care less. I can deal with food that's not good but when you are disgusting and trifling I can't eat here, ever again! Eat here at your on risk!

Three stars on my food not because I didn't enjoy it but because my steak was hard to chew and had so much fat in it that it almost felt like I didn't get a steak with all the fat. Service was great and atmosphere was nice and the sides were tasty enough so it's still good

Me and husband was attempting to eat here today and disrespect of the manager and staff . Due to miscommunication on a person name . The manager was so rude and argued with the customer. When the customer left out the door. The manager and staff were very rude. Talking about the customer and customer daughter. After all that me and my husband left . The unprofessionalism of the manager was unacceptable. I will definitely not be back to this location.

The entrance rug was filthy. You could see trash on the floor from the door to the kitchen. My husband and I ordered 12 oz ribeyes, loaded baked potatoes, caesar salads and desserts. The food was lukewarm and steaks were medium rare/not medium well done. We just asked for to go boxes because our food did not come out right nor was it hot. The signs on the table were dirty and needed to be wipid down as well as the when we sat down the booth seats were wet. Not a good experience at all today.

Waited an hour to be seated for a party of two. However once we did get seated our waitress Paige was phenomenonal. She was very attentive and a sweetheart. The wait for our food was about 20 mins Thank you Paige for making our dining experience excellent.

1:45 pm: No one to great is at door, waited 5 mins to be greeted. Waited 20 mins to be seated, waited 10 mins on our drinks, food came out quick..waited too long to finish paying and leave as well. Longhorns is usually my favorite restaurant when we go to Southaven but this was not it!
Went in Friday for my son's 18th (party of 5) . We just lost my oldest son and tried to get out as a family for the 1st time since. Horrible experience. The restaurant was filthy. Paper was piled in the host stand trash can. We decided to look past this. My husband received 3 over cooked steak and the manager never visited our table. My husband left without eat. Our dinner was mid at best and our server had a party or 20 so she wasn't attentive to us as all. Horrible experience and doubt we will be back in. Also we were told an hour and waited 30 min and wait 1.5 hours.

The cook, Evan, does an excellent job. However, the support staff and leadership team are absolutely awful. This is so disappointing because we were willing to just have take out. But, even the takeout team is terrible.

Just an amazing experience to bring a group. They delivered quite slow if it's a lot of us dining (14). So feel free to sit and chat with everyone at the table. However, they took our orders quickly and gave us everything we needed to enjoy our time. My staff and I brought our clients who are adults with intellectual disabilities. They were EXTREMELY polite and accommodating. They allowed us to use their outlet so that we could blend food for a client. Most of our clients are in wheelchairs so it was so sweet of them to prepare our area before we sat down. What a nice staff. They worked hard.Wheelchair accessibility: Very accommodating. Always go to a longhorns for my clients.
