Lost Pizza Co. Collierville

We used to enjoy coming here but the last three times we have came the service has been so crappy. We order the most basic things and the wait is so long. Today 2/28/26 we ate here. We ordered a two kids pizzas, cheese sticks & half chicken Alfredo. The chicken Alfredo came out within 5min of sitting down. The two kids pizzas came out 20min later after the people who ordered after us had gotten and eaten their food. The cheese sticks came after all the food came. It’s just so ridiculous. No apologies of why or how long things take. The guy that brought us the cheese sticks went back to the counter to tell one of the workers I got mad, I guess my face says it all, she stated “She shouldn’t be mad at nobody!” Just unprofessional. We have decided we won’t be back.

people only make reviews when they have something negative to say and never about anything positive. lost pizza has great signature pizzas(especially the hot chick), wings and alfredo and they’re very welcoming to children and dogs are welcomed outside they even have water bowls for them and they have the best decor i’ve seen in a restaurant. the employees value the customers and are always happy to help

We usually get the Lucille. So of course that was our go to. We decided to try the beekeeper because from the looks of the photo it was very appetizing. See attached. But to our dismay. It was overcooked. With no pepperoni and no honey and two sprigs of burnt basil. Sauce was dried out. The entire $25 pizza was a bust. 100% don’t recommend. Also attached a photo of the two different pizzas side by side on my plate. Very disappointing.

Visited for the first time Saturday night and will not be going back. Manager on duty refused to remake pizza but was offered a refund. The pizza was hard and too toasted.

I came here with my family an hour before close, I work in food service so I felt bad coming in so close to close. We were very apologetic for coming in later and most everyone working was very understanding, however the girl who brought us our food was extremely passive aggressive. I understand working in a stressful environment like food service and wanting to go home, but putting off that energy ruined our night. I will say the girls who took our order were super nice and accommodating and apologized on their coworkers behalf. Their pizza is super yummy and I hope something is done about unwarranted negative behavior.

I ordered a pizza when I arrived in town after an 8 hr drive. When it was delivered, I was so disappointed! The pizza was stone cold. I ordered a pepperoni pizza with sausage on half. There was only 1 piece of pepperoni on each slice and barely any cheese. I've had frozen pizza that looked a million times better than that. I have never been more disappointed with a food order than this one .
I can't believe people actually give this place good reviews!! I guess if you've never been to Chicago or New York and had real pizzas, you don't know any better. I will never order a thing from this restaurant again and I sure wouldn't recommend it to anyone.

I ordered online and my food was to be ready by 6:06. I arrived at 6:10 and was told it was not ready and would be 10-15 mins. 40 mins later my order was ready but missing an item so I waited another 5 mins. When I got home 5 mins later the pizza was tasty but cold and the cheese sticks were room temperature. I tried calling to express my displeasure but they never picked up the phone.

This place is delicious and never disappoints, Ive come here alot over the years and the new staff has changed but the place hasn't, the young lady that was blonde taking our order at the register was so kind and was patient even when we had a large crowd and the other with the red and black hair served our food wonderfully with plenty of jokes even with a lot of food on her tray! I'm so happy this place has grown and hopefully continues thank you lost pizza!
