Love the pizza, but they keep hanging up when I try to call in an order. Shame.

Great pizza, staff is friendly. Offers personal size, med, and large pizza. We had the thin crust but they offer others. Worth stopping in.
Parking: There are probably 10 spots just out the door but others next door.

Great pizza and service.
After a terrible experience a few months ago where we waited nearly an hour for our family of 5 and finally had to get a refund and leave without dinner to make our evening plans, we decided to try again tonight. We were in the restaurant with one other party (2 total tables). We requested that when they make the large pizza, they leave a couple of slices free of toppings (though paying for toppings for the whole thing). After waiting for our pizza to arrive, the girl explained when delivering it to our table that her manager said "no." There was no appearance from this manager to defend this weird choice. As a result, we were then forced to box up the pizza and head out again without eating, due to no cheese pizza for dinner for my youngest daughter. What a poor business decision. If you saved the toppings from those couple of pieces, you could have saved this family of 5 as customers. We won't be back. Would not recommend.

Deep dish island pizza was pretty good. The cashier could use some people pleasing skills.

Lost Pizza is FANTASTIC!! I had a Greek salad for lunch today and it was the best Greek salad I've had in a long time! It was huge, and had so many great toppings! The feta was great quality and the homemade dressing was delicious! We went back for dinner because it was SO good. I had the hot chix pizza (buffalo chicken) on the gluten free cauliflower crust and it was incredibly delicious! Seriously the best pizza I've had in a really long time. The staff was friendly and the vibe is cool. Love this place!
Dietary restrictions: Gluten free cauliflower pizza crust is delicious!

Won't be back. Crust like the 3 for a $ at Kroger. Man came out of the kitchen smoking a cigarette. Never been there. Not worth trying

Ordered a large pizza with NO PEPPERS. Picked up after work, drove 21 miles to get home and pizza was full of PEPPERS. Either the staff doesn't care or they did it on purpose.

Wow things have changed for the worse.
We used to go once a week to the one on poplar, but after they closed it Collierville is the only option, first time at this location. And we ordered our favorite medium Kujo with thick crust.
But this was not even close to being good.
The crust was dense and paper thin.
On top of that it was burnt to crisp, it looked like BBQ charcoal was one of the toppings.
Due to time issues and places to be, we cut out the burnt parts, and had the rest of it.
Wish we didn't, it tasted nothing like the Kujo we normally got at the Poplar location.
Never going back, this was terrible.

Been going here for years. The food is great. However, something has changed over the last 12 months. Every time we order online and pick up or go into the restaurant, the same HS girls are running things. They’re nice. But they’re more concerned about their personal lives and phones than being good at their jobs. No management oversight that’s visible. The guys in the kitchen seem to be more on top of it than anyone else. Last 5 or 6 times it’s taken 45 min to get our food. And 3 of those times our food was delivered and wrong. Disappointing because we used to really enjoy meeting friends and family there for dinner. That’s all but slowed down.

Lost Pizza is a favorite of my family. Whether you want a little unique, the usual, or needing to meet special dietary needs, it is a great place to suit your tastes. There is a large room that is good for birthday parties.
Dietary restrictions: Menu selections allow for certain diet restrictions for vegetarians, people who prefer thin crust or other crust types. Offerings other than pizza are available. Salads are very fresh.
Parking: Though the lot directly in front is not huge, there is plenty of parking in a nearby general lot
Kid-friendliness: Very kid friendly

We got there 1 hr before closing time and as we ate, we had that feeling of imposing on the in-laws. They cleaned, put chairs on tables, completely ignored us, barely spoke when we talked to them... it was just uncomfortable. I packed up our food and left even though we weren't done eating because I felt so uncomfortable. Aside from that, the food was really good. We ordered Olive Bread (cheesesticks with olive salad), the Hawaiian style pizza, and General Tsos boneless wings. It was all delicious! We would go back for the food, but with so many other options, if we find a pizza spot with a nice people experience, we would be inclined to not return here.

Need to train staff on how to serve. Learn menu. This is only the second time here. Order a sub and wasn’t prepared with regular order. Had to remind staff.
