I love going here, but the service here sucks sucks sucks. We ordered online and they forgot our wings. It took them nearly two hours to get them for some reason. It wasn't busy really. We asked for the manager, and this woman came and was very vague about why it. I can't even reiterate what she said into making sense. The worst part was how aggressive she was. It almost seemed she was trying to insinuate that it was my fault? But it was all on one ticket? My daughter and I were very confused. I hate to make things worse but someone needs to talk to her, because she was confronting a customer that was dining in. before us and we heard her say she would buy them a glass of beer in an attempt to bribe them out of being upset. I know that's not entirely legal...

We live close to this restaurant and order there often. The food is great. The problem is their service is terrible. There is a less than 50% chance your order will be correct and an even lesser chance it will be on time. The app seldom works for online orders and they often don’t answer the phone. Do better!

Ordered 2 pizzas for dine-in. They brought out one of them and I mentioned we were missing a pizza. He said he would check on it. He goes straight to the front register and took new orders. 10+ minutes go by - others who cam in after us are served but not our missing pizza.I go up front and ask someone else - they check. there is no pizza. The 1st person never even checked for us.No apology just one hot, late pizza and the other cold after waiting.It cost's nothing to give good service - Lost Pizza in Collierville must be on a budget.

Best Pizza I have had in a very long time. Nice chew to crust if ordered regular/thick crust. Great sauce, flavor of toppings; meat and fresh veggies. Only negative is kitchen might have ignored the "NO" on order. It was to go, and heavy toppings, the "no item was burried". The person that took the order read it back correctly. Saying that I would definitely order here again, just be clear and check.
Lost Pizza used to be my favorite pizza, but every time I go now, they're closed. They closed their DoorDash page. Went to the Collierville location for lunch at 1:30, and they were closed. Went to the East Memphis location for dinner, and they were closed. I give up.

The workers are all very kind and helpful, but the food is abysmal, and the quality control is non-existent. You could order the same pizza 10 times and each one would be completely different from each other, and not in a good way. Every time I order from here something is wrong with the food. It has always been resolved, but it is exhausting dealing with incorrect food on every visit.
