Margaritas Collierville

I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with my recent dining experience at your establishment. During my meal on 8/23/2025 I discovered a large insect – what appeared to be a roach – in my dessert. When I brought this to the attention of the manager, she insisted it was a piece of chocolate, despite the clearly visible legs and the unsettlingly crunchy texture. I find this response both unacceptable and deeply concerning. The presence of a roach in my dessert is a significant health hazard and indicates a serious lack of hygiene in your kitchen. This is not simply a matter of a minor inconvenience; it represents a failure to maintain basic food safety standards and poses a potential risk of illness to your patrons. I am deeply disturbed by the manager’s dismissive and frankly unbelievable attempt to explain away such a blatant violation of food safety regulations. Her response lacked professionalism and demonstrated a lack of concern for my well-being and the safety of other customers. I expect a prompt and thorough investigation into this matter, including a review of your kitchen’s sanitation practices and staff training protocols. I also request a full refund for my meal. I hope to receive a sincere apology and assurances that steps are being taken to prevent similar incidents from occurring in the future. I will be considering further action if I am not satisfied with your response.

We love this restaurant! The manager recognizes us and is so friendly!

Chicken soup had good broth but the chicken had to have been frozen when they cooked it. It was hard and rough and was difficult to eat. After 10 minutes of trying to chew a couple of chunks of chicken, you sip broth and go home leaving a bowl of tough as shoe leather chicken in your lunch bowl.

I get takeout from here pretty often, usually for the whole family, so it ends up being a pretty big order(8 people). The staff always does a great job with the whole process and the food is always so good! I super recommend Margaritas as the place to eat Mexican in Collierville.

Enjoyed our 15th anniversary at this establishment. The food,drinks, were on point and even had to get a take out plate. We'll go back soon!

Really enjoyed the California Burrito, filled with steak and chicken! My daughter enjoyed the steak fajitas.

We dined in on new year day, ordered chicken fajita’s, chicken was bland no salt or spices, explained the same to the waiter and got us the same food back with tomato spicy sauce added, still tasted bland. Didn’t expect the food to be bland from a Mexican restaurant. Would never go back

I have come on several occasions and the food seemed good to me, but today everything seemed terrible to me, the tamarind water was just water and the color of tamarind, I ordered a Mexican grill and it was terrible, everything tasted overheated and tasteless, the shrimp not only They were super reheated, I knew they were about to go overboard, the meat and chicken were dry and the pork tasted horrible, not to mention the pico e gallo and the lettuce. Mallll all last visit
