No fault to the person who took my order and the one who brought me my order, but I had to wait longer for my part of the order just for it not to even be cooked fully. I would’ve gotten a picture but I had to spit it out due to it being uncooked. Also feeling sick from the uncooked egg I had on the McMuffin I had ordered. I didn’t even eat my second one due to this.

Let me say the young lady that waited on me, was great very attentive and polite. The food wasn't prepared the way I had asked for. I simply asked for extra onions and once I got my food. There were no onions on my sandwich but it had way too much ketchup on it. So, I just asked could you just add the onions they remade the the order instead, thanks for that. I got the remake and it was the same ketchup all over the top and bottom bun and still not one onion. Upon checking my order I look up and everyone in the back was just staring at me which made me feel uncomfortable, all the while the manager had nothing to say about the situation and she was in the lobby while everything was going on

I only had a small hamburger here and a sweet tea but the restaurant was very clean and the service was good.
Terrible rude employees three times in a row they didn’t put what I ordered in the bag then miss my food on a drive-through then I try to call him and nobody answer the phone. They are so rude so unprofessional and I don’t know there left from there right who hires these people they need to be fired from top to bottom and also nasty bathroom

yes, they did not make any of my food properly at all. The service was unsatisfiable. I spent good hard earned American tax paying dollars on that meal and they couldn’t even get my food together. I just do not understand how hard it is to flip burgers and put fries in a bag and not even be able to do that right I just do not get it please. What are we doing out here in Collierville? Why are we allowing unsatisfactory people to make our food? They seriously need to be Fired or go work at a strip club if that’s what they want to do because it just does not make any sense and I also do not like the little girls at the window with their attitudes and all the piercings and hair color Thanks.

The customer service sucks! Workers are VERY LAZY!! I'm sure they don't want to be their age working at McDonald's however it's still a job to be done! Throw the whole team away and get a better one!!! My grandmother is in the hospital right down the street at Baptist and was really looking forward to some fresh nuggets after having a long surgery she was finally able to eat whatever she wanted. Not only did they not give me fresh nuggets I go inside and ask for some fresh nuggets and they just warm the nuggets up!
