I got pulled to the second window for fresh preparation.. but my fries were cold. So I went back around, and they corrected my fries. Employees and store seemed okay.

10:00 a.m staff is very unprofessional. Employees walk around behind counter and in and out and ignore you standing at counter. Employees act like they are at home. Young lady look me directly in my face and walk over near fries and started talking about,everyone just standing around and nobody attempted to grab my food just sitting there.

Just ordered my food via app. First I guess I pushed something wrong because it said I have to wait 9 minutes to use a deal. I did not want to wait so just ordered it via drive through pickup. Had to wait a bit. Instead of McDouble that I ordered I got a regular cheeseburger (a bit cheaper) in a double cheeseburger wrapper. Are you kidding?

It's been less than 20 minutes since we ordered our food through drive-dru, the girl who served us was very friendly. The surprise, as is usual whenever we go to this place, is that they always forget to put our burger without mayonnaise. Is it so difficult to put everything we order and pay for in a bag? I don't understand why they always leave a burger without mayonnaise. They just have to put the food in a bag and still they are unable to do it well. I'm quite angry with this place since it's not the first time they haven't served my food. I would like to tell the manager that he has to improve this place a lot, the people who work there and the cleanliness.
I stopped for breakfast around 5am, service was quick and friendly. Each time I've stopped at Collierville location has been excellent.

Rude the owners need to shop and clean house! The young lady that’s at the drive through that takes the money she is so rude with that ugly spirit! She will never get anywhere with that attitude! Then the guy on the speaker say, what you want! OMG lord! On top of that the lady in lane one who pass the food can she talk or she can’t! My apologies if she can’t talk but if she can help these people! To the owners please shop at 8am with the crew today and clean house
