Im in line right now. The line was to the road where the walgreens entrance is. People were walking over from the walgreens parking lot. Thats how busy it is. But the line has only taken about 5 minutes. Chic fil a of Mcdonalds for sure. 2 days ago, their drink machine was down and they went out and got canned sodas to give people. Thats professional! Not to mention, the ice cream machine is never down. Great job team!!

I wanted to share some feedback about my recent visit to your drive-thru. I ordered a cheeseburger kids meal, but there was quite a bit of confusion during the process. My order had to be taken multiple times—once at the speaker, again at the payment window, and once more at the pickup window. Despite repeating it each time, I ended up receiving chicken nuggets instead of the cheeseburger.
I understand things can get busy, but I thought it might be helpful to bring this to your attention in case there’s an opportunity to improve the order-handling process. I hope this helps in some small way.

This location consistently (every visit) leaves items out of my order. Recently, my coffee had a an inch of grounds in it. The grounds were enough to push me over the edge; I'll take my business elsewhere.

So I am a frequent flyer of McDonald's and lately I have visited the Collierville location as I am in the area more. Today I had a ruff morning and walked in with a little bit of an attitude. But honey let me tell you how Tasha brightened my day and I left feeling so much better. Her welcoming smile, convo and demeanor were next level. Thank you all especially Tasha!!!
The staff is phenomenal!! They are exceptionally friendly and helpful. This Mcdonalds is also THE best run, most efficient Mcdonalds I have ever been too. Saying hi to them each morning makes my day start off well!!! High fives to them !
