Well, this was one of my favorite places. I have spent so much time and money here. We take people and we buy gift cards. Then I got a piece of plastic in my drink. I have tried to contact the Owner, but have received no response. In addition to this, I bought several gift cards before the Germantown location shut down. Now I am sitting on gift cards and they won't let me use them in Arlington. They say I can trade it for a punch card, but never seem to have any punch cards....read full review
stopped in yesterday for a banana split and it was delicious!
It only takes one bad or stupid experience for me to write a business off completely. I came here specifically for a sundae and two snocones. They sold me the sundae with no means to make it. I specifically advised them I needed to take the snocones to go. They did not put them in the proper containers so I had to drive with two wide open snocones in a drink carrier. This was stupid to me and I said what I said.
