Well, this was one of my favorite places. I have spent so much time and money here. We take people and we buy gift cards. Then I got a piece of plastic in my drink. I have tried to contact the Owner, but have received no response. In addition to this, I bought several gift cards before the Germantown location shut down. Now I am sitting on gift cards and they won't let me use them in Arlington. They say I can trade it for a punch card, but never seem to have any punch cards. So frustrating! So sad!

We checked reviews before driving 45 minutes for specialty milkshakes. Arrived at the store to find that they no longer sell these at this location. The service was fast but impersonal. The milkshakes were good but not what we were looking for which was a little disappointing. Please update the advertising on your website to reflect what is actually sold at the Arlington location.

Always enjoy the ice cream. Very large portions. Only complaint would be the inside temperature. I feel bad for the employees. It was 85 degrees inside when we were there yesterday. And it was 90 plus outside.
Establishment is fine, but the youth employed to service their customers could be greatly improved.

We love the Grizz sundae and milkshake! Grizz is a combo of blue ice cream, Oreo cookies and chocolate chip cookie dough - couldn’t get any better! The sundae is huge and so are the milkshakes. Great serving size for the price.
