Looked around online and found this place. The owner was super cool and chill. It was kind of late but he was like no big deal. We got the double stuffed pizza and holy cow! Overly hearty pizza for sure. I can put the pizza away and I was barely able to eat two slices. We’ve been to lots of pizza places all over the country. The main thing that makes a pizza place is heart and this guy has it. He was raised making pizza and knows his stuff. I can now add this to one of my favorite pizza places in the entire country along with NY, NJ, IN, and a few others. My fiancée said she really liked the sauce as well!

Recently visited from out of town. At first, was excited to try this what seemed like an "Diamond in the Ruff" place out.Ordered along with a couple other parents on a Saturday afternoon. Was told it would take 20-30 min. One worker made the food while the other walked around with a sleeping baby. After 45 min went by we started to become a little discouraged. The man making the food started to become very passive aggressive with the other employee and making comments that were not professional.Finally after one local came in, ordered (25 min after we placed our order) and received his food, I asked if mine was still being made. The local gentleman who already finished his slice went into the back (not a worker) and got the employee originally making the food. Once the employee came out, he asked if I came in with the "big group". I mentioned that there was two other families that ordered and he decided to try and belittle me by saying, "Well there you go"At this point I reminded him that he said the order would take 20-30 min and it was now over an hour. No OTHER orders have come in either until this point. The employee then decided to yell really loud, "Well she is an idiot and told you the wrong time". I then reminded this employee that HE was in fact the one that told us the time. This employee went onto say, "Whelp, I guess i'm the idiot then, HAPPY!"At this point it is now 1 hour and 15 min since the order was placed. The food was thrown onto the counter and comments were said under the employees breath.I cannot believe the disrespect to not only myself as a customer but to the other employee that was clearly scared to do anything without getting their head chewed off.

This place is amazing.. like a little whole in the wall place ! I love the atmosphere, the food !! The Cannoli was made to perfection. The Stromboli roll was super good ! You can tell it was made with a lot of love ! You can see they put there all into what is made ! My Stromboli was made fresh .This place is a gem, and you must swing by for a slice of pie ! Thank You Milano's for amazing experience I will definitely be back.

We ordered from Milano's for the first time in a long time tonight and sadly for the last time. This has been our GO TO pizza place since 2000 when they were located in Memphis off Winchester. It's just not the same anymore. It's overpriced and the pizza is almost flavorless to be honest. Being from NYC we know good pizza and this isn't it where it once used to be. We ordered a large cheese that was more like a medium and had no flavor, a medium white that had almost no ricotta on it, and garlic knots that tasted like plain dough. Sorry Milano's, but we're done spending good money on pizza that's not worth it. Arrivederci!

The restaurant has a smell to it. But the service was exceptional. Very polite young gentleman. Even though my order did not come up in the system it was immediately prepared.Great job!
We were disappointed. The girl who initially waited on us was nice but kept saying they didn’t have things like drink lids, boxes, etc. Later, we saw them give someone drinks with lids. Went to ask about it with a different girl who knew nothing. The first girl (eating her own meal) came up, put her hands on the lids and then returned them to the stack for customer use (health violation). She admitted they just gave us smaller cups because “people who dine in don’t take their drinks home with them.” Cheap dollar store paper plates were given to use for $50 worth of pizza. I guess the food was alright but they need to train the employees better.

The tend to undercook the dough. Multiple times I come here I have had gooey dough but I think it’s just when the owner isn’t there. Now I ask to have it cooked longer

I went in on Sunday 8/20 to pick up a delivery order, and John was absolutely fantastic. He was very kind and helpful, just really went above and beyond to fill my order and was so hospitable while I waited. He deserves a raise.

Genuinely the most authentic New York style pizza. The young man inside was very busy but maintained his composure and professionalism while under high stress. You don’t see that anymore.Vegetarian options: Vegan and gluten free(New)
