Moe's Southwest Grill

Horrible!!!! Fried rice was dry & hard. Store nasty. Food counter was filthy. Hardly any side to fix food. Just filthy. I walked out. This store is no way like Moe's in Olive Branch. Collierville is just nasty.

The past few times that I've come here, I've left pretty disappointed. I chose to try it one last time because of how great Moe's used to be. I won't be back. I came in an hour after they opened and only half of the toppings were put out. After getting home and started eating my salad, I'm feeling super ill.

Best food I’ve had in a while with great service and great personalities with Harmony and Tristian. I could talk to them all day!!! Will definitely be back for more!! We came in at 9:45 pm and still served up great food and were so nice I will be back!!!!!

They got the workers. Especially Harmony and Tristan as they still served us when it was late as hell. Will mostly come back again and again to get some good food!!

They changed the cheese. The original option should be brought back. I loved the beef quesadilla with the previous cheese, but the new cheese ruins it. I won't be returning until the original cheese is brought back.

I came in today and the crew was being exceptionally nice! I asked for their names. manager was Camill and the lovely crew was Benjamin and Andrew. Will be returning!

Staff is very friendly

In my opinion you know people will come on monday tonget the special, so you should plan on higher traffic of customers so have back up items so people will not be waiting. Also, to run out of stuff at 6pm and you close at 10pm is highly unacceptable.

The steak was tough and the cilantro rice wasn't cooked. But other than that, it was good and the younger employees that took care of me were kind.

fantastic service, on the other side.. I overheard a man who i guess is over the staff disregarding a customers which was i in there… being rude to the workers i really hope they fix it there . justin timberlake was playing during this and it was not a good vibe

This was the worst experience I ever had. They did not come to work. The rice was gummy, and the selection was little to none. I wished I had saved that bowl for a picture but the garbage had the pleasure of having it!

I called in a dinner pick up order for a friend whose father just passed away. When I went to pick it up and pay for it, the manager gave me a discount and wasn't even going to tell me. He was so compassionate and wasn't trying to get credit. He was, actually, trying to be sneaky about it. ;)

I will order dinners for friends from here every time now, not because of the discount, but because of the compassion, generosity, and kindness of the Manager!
