The staff is great! I appreciate the timely manner of food delivery and attention to detail. My catering orders have been neatly packaged and accurate, as well.

We waited 40 minutes to get 2 sandwiches, and every table around us was dirty. Not a great experience.

Needed a late night quick dinner and we made a great choice. My family is from NY and it was our first time at Newks. I got a Caesar salad and it was the best one I've ever had. We all enjoyed our food and it came out quick. Plus the staff was so nice

Went there for a working lunch and even was very good. Staff was very nice and the food was very fresh. A bit confused where the lines were to order but once I figured it out, things went smoothly.

Mikala took our order. She is friendly with a smile and great attitude! I have a few allergies and was asking if salad dressings contained soy. She was most helpful in checking what she could. Then she showed me and my husband the oil and vinaigrette bottles on the condiment rack. She didn’t just point to them from behind the counter. She took us to the rack and showed me. Mikala is a great asset to your team. Also, when she wasn’t taking orders, she and another associate were cleaning the dining room and refilling the condiments. Your dining room is very clean. Our salads were made with fresh greens and vegetables. Thank you for a wonderful experience.

The food is tasty but when I get delivery my sandwiches always comes under-toasted. It has happened 4 out of 5 times. It makes the sandwich chewy & I have to deconstruct the sandwich & toast the bread in my oven then eat it.

My to go order was ready as promised and the food was delicious. I was greeted warmly by the staff and they were extremely helpful!

The lady taking my order was awesome. She was off one day last week or the week before and my experience was quite different. Kudos to her and everyone working today!

I really love the salads and sandwiches here, but the service could use some improvement. The cashier/order taker was visibly frustrated, annoyed, and short with me. I’m always in a good happy mood and to be treated like an annoyance inside of business that you’re about to spend over $16 by yourself for lunch is pretty weird. I expect to be smiled back at and spoken to in an appreciative/grateful tone. If being a customer is a burden for a business, there are plenty of other options.
