O'Charley's Restaurant & Bar

Our waitress got into a physical altercation with another employee after we didn't get what we ordered and Collierville police ended up coming to the restaurant. It was very unpleasant.

Catfish filet were small catfish nuggets. Mac and cheese lacked cheese & flavor. Potatoes were good. Overall I rate them 1 out of 10. $16 dollars for 3 catfish nuggets. Plate Look smaller than a kids meal. They got shrinkflation & inflation going at the same time. Complete rip off, The fish also had wild fishy taste, so they not cleaning it properly.

Server was too distracted by her kids who were on site and in the back in a booth. We Asked 3 times for my side items and never got them. Never got refills she offered to us 3 different times. Had to ask several times for napkins and condiments. Food was good. Service would probably be better if she wasn't distracted. But I am NOT hating on a working mama. Much Love to her-she was very nice. Place was very clean.

The food was great! Initially, I wanted to substitute a salad for the broccoli that came with my meal because the broccoli tends to be hard but the waiter offered to have the broccoli double steamed and it was delicious! Everything tasted hot & fresh, including the rolls.

12/11/22: It is 2:40, I just left after eating at OC in Collierville which was a BIG MISTAKE! The server, short African American girl with glasses, about 35ish made my experience VERY unpleasant. Not only was she slow, she had an I don’t care and rude attitude. We had to remind her to bring lemon, bread and finally another server who was great did her job and helped us. When I tried to explain something to her, she dismissed me and said she would get her manager. This server should not be working with the public with this attitude. I will never dine here again and will not recommend here unless you are sure not to get her. I wish I got her name. WARNING…..stay away from the overcooked broccoli and the pasta with the tasteless American cheese they serve as Mac & Cheese!

Kid-friendliness: Grandson had minor meltdown waiting so long for his food. When food finally came, it was just ok except for the disgusting Mac & cheese!

I came in about 12:30, I could tell they were short staffed but everyone is these days. Someone did seat me and took my drink order. The staff seemed a little disorganized but the kitchen manager stepped and start facilitating. Order Ms started coming out quickly and all customers were being waited on. My food was pretty good. December 5th at lunch the kitchen manager saved the day!!!

Have not been here since covid started. Food was great. I had the honey drizzled friend chicken, which was excellent. Wife had a club sandwich which she said was good.Waitress was ok. Restaurant was clean and nice looking.Will go back.

Service was very fast, too fast, and way faster than I expected for a walk-in take-out order. My bread was over cooked and the quality of my food was less than that of a value frozen food dinner.

Good tea. Lots of meat choicest. Prices not bad. I had steak and tenders with asparagus and fries and it was good! Good server.

This is one of the best experiences we have had at a restaurant in a very long time. Our waiter Wes was phenomenal. We didn’t have to ask or wait for anything at all. All of the food was hot and fresh. I definitely would highly recommend this Ocharleys. It’s the best.

should be shut down. Every time I come in here there’s no AC and they tell me food will be ready in 30 minutes, I give them forty and it’s still not ready. I’m sure if I gave them an hour it still wouldn’t be ready. Only come here if you like sweating and mediocre food with a side of mediocre service.

We came in 30 mins before closing and the server was AMAZING!!!! I didn’t catch her name. She was talk and had long white & black braided hair. She had freckles and a nose ring. I loved her so much. She made us feel at home. I will definitely coming back to see her!!! Did I also mention that the food was AMAZING. ugh I loved it. Give that girl a raise. She deserves one!!!!!!! Not worth 1 star. My experience is the reason I NEVER eat here. My steak wasn’t cooked how it was suppose to. My bread was cold and the salad was OLD.. let’s not forget my order wasn’t ready when they said it would be. The order was suppose to be brought out to my car BUT I had to go inside to get it. ANDDD TO TOP IT OFF, they didn’t want to give me ranch or A1. RIDICULOUS! THE WORST EVER! I could have saved my money. Never again!

Initially i called on Saturday to place a pick up order for Sunday after church. I talked to "manager" Because I wanted the order at 11 am he said he did not open till then and the order would not be ready till 11:45 or later.so.....we decided to just go into the restaurant the next day. We were the first to be seated at 11 when they opened. there were 11 of us in the family to celebrate a birthday. the service was absolutely horrendous. partial drinks were served which partially met expectations/order. Appetizers were way late in being served although others who were seated after us were served both appetizers and their meal before we got ours. Finally we got outs and they were ok to good. BUT the meals...Remember I said we were seated at 11. Finally at 12:30 I asked for the manager. I told him it was unacceptable to wait as long as we have. I reminded him I had called the previous day. Not long after we were served. Most of the food was terrible-luke warm and we did not eat it. Some of the orders were ok. Not all of the orders were complete or accurate. We will not be back and do not recommend this restaurant to anyone. I have to say the waitstaff was "nice". but overall not worth the wait and the taste of the food.

My phone was delicious but my mom said her broccoli wasn't seasoned and it was dry but overall the food was good and it was a peaceful environment.
