Food is great. Employees are nice enough. But no one greets you when you enter. Leaving you wondering if anyone has even seen you. I order online and consistently have gotten texts that things are “ready for pickup” yet when I arrive it has never been ready. Waiting upwards of 30 minutes after I got the text.
I suspect they are falsifying how fast they get orders done. For reasons? Idk. This has happened to be 8 times now. Which is why I’m making this review while I’m waiting for my food. They have 0 respect for customers time.
I didn’t walkout with the order until 6:35 nearly 30 minutes after they said it was “ready for pickup”
I want to re iterate that this is not a 1 time experience. This has happened nearly 8 times. They are faking the speed at which they complete orders.

I used to love Panda Express but after yesterday my opinions changed. I am not sure if the recipe changed but it’s not the panda express I liked.

Never have issues here. Have to wait sometimes for them to cook more food, but that's normal anywhere you go. Always friendly whenever we go whether we eat there or take home.

The service door dash no good , manager don't have order ready , the drive pick up orden never is ready and he like the drive wait every time more 15 min the order

They will tell you it will take 5 minutes for the food and they’ll bring it out to your car. But they completely forgot us 2 times now and we waited 25 minutes. And they’re absolutely not apologetic enough about it. Dude, you find out we’ve been waiting for 25 minutes and all you can do is go, “Yeah, sorry we forgot. Want a refund or a drink while you wait?” No, my guy. We want our money back and for yall to get it together.

I tried dinner, it's tasty. Actually the cook missed my online order for some reason and he prepared it once I reached store and he reached me and apologized to me. Impressed with their customer preference.

Haven’t been to this location in years, randomly thought about orange chicken today after stopping by Walmart. Takiyah in drive thru provided excellent customer service. She asked if I wanted any other items, drink, donation. Service was quick and the food was great. A lot of memories working here too, glad it’s doing so well.
