It’s not hard to have accurate hours posted on google and yet they managed to fail.

Clean and neat place for some Asian fast food. Staff is friendly and food tasted great as well. It was cooked well and on time.

A Bad Good story...A resolution was quicker than expected, and though initially disappointed, feel it was best for all and glad that I can feel comfortable to continue eating at PandaExpress Collierville. We had some close family friends go there Sunday. Unfortunately, their heritage was an issue for two employees who refused to serve them and revealed themselves verbally.Monday, my wife went to confront the management at the store. It was learned upon her visit that those individuals are now former employees. Action taken quickly. While the initial incident was painful and disappointing that such prejudice would exist openly, I am very happy that, by whatever path, the location was able to remove such people. Those employees that remain, and may have directly reported this failing, should be encouraged as well as the General Manager for upholding American values of respect and fairness. Please, if you are in the area, add an extra visit, and a smile and general thanks, to the location.

the workers are racist, last time ever coming here. when my mom and I walked in and the girl whispered to the guy “they’re chinese..” and so while we were standing infront of them wanting to order, they were side-eyeing each-other with upside-down smiles. clearly neither of them wanted to talk to us. the guy finally walked away from us and someone else had to step up and ask our order, but obvioulsy we don’t want food after a racist encounter so we left. also i don’t get why work at a CHINESE fast food restaurant if you don’t like serving CHINESE people ????? like seriously what was that we were just standing there and they were staring at eachtoher like we weren’t right infront of them ?

I came on my lunch break and saw there were NO CARS so I’m thinking it’s gonna be quick. I’m the only one in the drive-thru and I was asked to wait so I did and after a good 3-5 minutes with no response I decided to pull off and then hear a women voice come on the intercom…As if she waited for me to pull off before she came on…that’s what PISSED me off. I expect a WAIT if the place was BUSY but it wasn’t… I was the only one there. Just plain RUDE!! Now I know why it was empty. Won’t be going back and wouldn’t suggest anyone else waste their time going to this location.

Workers are not professional, timely, and lack mannerism. Not sure what has happened in the past months, but it's not a good look for Collierville nor for this chain.

Workers are absolutely disgusting. The guy running the meat wok was eating food while cooking. They waited 15 minutes before they started cooking more chow mien when there were 10 orders of it. The trashy girl named McKenize kept arguing with customers when they’d ask a question and then would complain to the other employees about having to answer such dumb questions. I asked to try the new spicy shrimp and she scoffed and said no they don’t do that any more. Which I find odd because I was able to try the walnut shrimp a few days ago and it’s my new fav dish. Did she just not want to do her job? Is she trying to just make customers not come back? She obviously doesn’t need to be working customer service. Then when our food came the kids meal had 4 orange chicken pieces and not even a full school of rice. So $6.20 for half a kids meal?

Waited for my second visit to give review. Must say it did not change but maybe got worse. On both occasions food selection was limited. What was available was scraps. This time all the drinks were flat and ice machine broken. I could tell staff was embarrassed but really didn’t seem to care. Exchanged conversations with another customer who was also upset. This place is going down hill.

Nope. Can't throw money away for food like this again. Ordered on the app, to pick up an hour later. Ordered a lot of food for 2 of us, intended to be lunch tomorrow, too. A 3-entree plate--- Beijing beef, sweetfire chicken, honey sesame chicken1/2 veggies, 1/2 noodles. A 3-entree plate--Beijing beef, sweetfire chicken, black pepper angus steak, 1/2 rice, 1/2 noodles. Large egg rolls (6 pcs)Large rangoon (12 pcs)Got packets of sweet and sour sauce and teriyaki sauce. The noodles at Panda Express are almost always tasteless. They look good, but have no flavor. These were the same, but had a gummy texture. 2 out of 10. Veggies were good but had way too much garlic. 5 out of 10The reason I felt compelled to leave a review was the entrees. I could close my eyes and not be able to distinguish any of them from the others. They were all sweet. Covered in sugar. All of them 1-2 out of 10.Beijing beef is supposed to be firm but tender and chewy with a spicy sauce. This was sweet, gummy, and had no spice. The honey chicken was bizarre. Most of the chicken in this store is pre-cooked and frozen, but this was like they thawed it out and did not cook it the final time nearly long enough. Again,it was gummy and just tasted like sugar. The other two were similar. Minimal flavor except for sweet. We're almost an hour away, and my better half picked up the order on the way home. Took it to the car and went to snag an egg roll and rangoon for the ride. There was ONE egg roll in the bag. One out of the 6 I paid $11 for. There were 2 rangoons. Two out of the 12 I paid $8 for. They don't even have an order for 2 rangoons. Who knows what they were thinking. They did fix it when he took it in, but with no explanation and no apology. Please do better Panda Express. Return to the flavors you had when you opened up, when customers could tell your dishes apart.

Asther was an excellent host. She handled my mildly complicated order perfectly, and my whole family was satisfied with their dinner.
