Great food & EXCELLENT Service. I called a day prior to ensure I will receive my order at 10:45 in preparation for my gathering at 11. The man working there had my order ready when I arrived at 10:40 and even helped me carry the pizza to my car. I didnt get his name but he was working there once opened on 12/15. Walked in and ordered large werks pizza and garlic knots. They said it would be 12 minutes. I walked out of there 14min later with my order. The pizza was superb as were the knots. The 3 individuals working were super helpful, professional and friendly. Thanks guys for a wonderful experience.

The pizza was pretty mediocre. I was actually looking forward to eating at PaPa John’s considering I haven’t ate there in years. It wasn’t all bad but it wasn’t all good neither. The banana peppers the gave us were so small I could compare them to the size of a penny. Smh! The pizza was just ok. Marco Pizza I will never cheat on you again.

This location in Collierville, Tennessee must be absolute the worst I have ever seen the rudest smart ass irresponsible people working there are there a pizza two hours they didn’t deliver. I decided to call they put me on hold for 20 minutes and when I get there, this smart ass manager tells me what Pizza I heard so many other people have a complaint about this location. Where is the owner? It’s costing him nothing but money. I will fire everybody in there. rather than apologizing in a state, he tells me oh well we’re busy I am gonna put a negative review on every website and call the corporate

Ordered the Shaq pizza and added sausage, so that means take half the pepperoni off I guess. Garlic breadsticks still dry as F.
They really dont take any pride in their jobs. Pizza is thrown together, extra sausage means just sausage, garlic parmesan breadsticks are dry with no seasoning. They want you to pay for a little extra squirt of garlic butter.
Got 2 toppings pizza a few days ago for $25. Got a large 2 toppings pizza from Little Caesars tonight for $7😯 and it was way better than Papa John's. PRETTY

My husband and I decided to order take out last night for dinner and ordered pizza delivery. We usually get the same type of pizza but we decided on trying a different type of pizza so we ordered the chicken buffalo pizza. It was the worse decision we made! The pizza was disgusting!!!! I didn’t even finish one slice and decided the crust was better than the pizza itself. Sad to say we wasted our hard earned money on this nasty pizza we didn’t even eat!
