Apparently Papa John’s hates teachers. They refused to have 10 pizzas ready DAYS IN ADVANCE by 11am for a huge order we wanted to break up into two order slots. The store was already a ghost town when we went in to ask in person so it’s not like they were too busy. Our teachers and our city deserve better.

Placed my order online for faster service. 30 minutes later the app showed it still hadn't been started. Ultimately, I waited over an hour before finally having the store just cancel the order. It wasn't ready, hadn't been started, ans they couldn't even give me an estimate of when it could be done.

Apparently they no longer take delivery or carry out orders on Sunday after 6pm. Not sure if they closed earlier than that, but they are definitely closed by 6pm on Sundays.

Very rude when I came in to pick up my DoorDash order. I came in stated my order number and customer name. Was told to wait until I'm spoken to or I'll be told to leave. I will not be doing pick ups from this location anymore. I have never hah an issue before and I've been doing delivery for 20 years And have been in food service for 26. The unkempt beards is a uniform violation.

I asked for delivery and gave them my address for the pizza and after 1 hour they told me I said it for pickup.
Slow as hell and could care less. If they would stop the asinine banter they just might be able to get things done.
Ordered pizza was told 15-20 minutes. Got to the store and am told 45+. No apologies.
Ordered pizza at 6 and was told 1 hour. It is now almost 8PM and no pizza. We have tried calling and calling but no one is answering
