One star for the staff member who answered the phone today and asked for my card number while I was driving. I explained that I was less than five minutes away and couldn’t provide it while driving. Instead of understanding, he got upset and mentioned that many customers call in and then don’t pick up their orders.
They really need to review their policies, improve their service, and train employees to use a better tone. After all, they’re not the only Boba tea spot in town! ? And yes, it took me less than one min to place the order, pay for it and pick it up at another Resturant called ( YOU HAD ME@Boba) around the corner!

I like the atmosphere of the place. There are quite a bit of options. However I suggest going early. Every visit I've had they are always out of products. The teas were full of ice. I didn't like the pork bun. However the Korean corn dogs are a nice treat. Ok place

Modern Vietnamese with incredible sandwiches! I got the Pork Bahn Mi and will absolutely come back next time I am in town. The atmosphere is modern and clean, the price for lunch was very reasonable at under 9$ for a sandwich, and the flavors and textures of the fresh Vietnamese pork sandwich were excellent!

Amazing Vietnamese food in Collierville, finally! Every time I’ve been I’m blown away at the quality food and great service. It’s been a long time since I actually was impressed by service and they are super sweet here. I recently went with my mom (who is in a wheelchair) and a young man sprinted from behind the counter to go open the door for us. I’ve been met with smiles and great manners every time, that is half the battle eating out these days. The food is excellent, they don’t have as many traditional items as the Vietnamese restaurants in Cordova, but you can get an excellent pho and banh mi here to quell those cravings without having to drive half an hour. Also, I’d just stop by for a corn dog and bubble tea in the afternoon! 10/10 would definitely recommend, keep up the good work Paris Banh Mi!

Banh Mi means soft bread, or bread. This is a Vietnamese bakery! If you don’t know, Vietnamese are known for their desserts and soft breads! My husband and I found this place yesterday and I couldn’t believe they offered the mozzarella corn dogs like you see on YouTube lol! The whole esthetics, the servers, everything was just spectacular. I can’t wait to go back! Oh, back to the food. The half mozzarella Korean corn dog has to be one of the best things I’ve ever eaten. Delicious. We also had vanilla crepe cake, which was fresh and light. Equally delicious. I’m already craving the corn dogs now. ??
Really good Pho and Fruit Teas. Will be eating here again.

I love this place. I'm in-person at my office twice a week, and I usually eat here one of those two days every week. The grilled pork bahn mi is my favorite, and they have crazy corn dogs and almost every kind of boba. Don't skip this place.
