Food was great but atmosphere was extremely laid back, almost not caring. Service was very slow to be seated, acknowledged or served. Felt like our presence was an interruption to our server's day of visiting with friends/relatives? at another table who arrived after us yet got seated and served first. Server carried her? child over with her from other table when she finally checked on our table. Then had to wait too long to get and pay our check, Our server walked past us out front door with child while we waited on someone else to take our payment. Finally someone from kitchen checked us out. Restaurant was not very busy with customers, so first thought only one server/hostess on duty because only saw one working for first 15 there. Almost left before getting seated and almost got up and left before server finally appeared over half wall from table to take drink order.

Emma was a super waitress. She was very attentive and helpful. Such a friendly and professional service.

I don’t normally take time to leave reviews, but I had to take a moment to recognize the outstanding service I received recently. Our server, Emily, was truly exceptional. You can tell right away she genuinely cares about her customers—she’s attentive without being overbearing and makes sure everything is just right.

Her attention to detail stood out immediately. Drinks never ran low, the timing between courses was perfect, and she anticipated things we didn’t even think to ask for. It’s rare to come across someone who takes pride in what they do the way she clearly does. You can tell she wants everyone to leave happy.

If you’re dining here, I hope you get lucky enough to have Emily as your server. She really sets the bar.

Everything was great from service to the hot fresh food. We even had a manager (Anthony) check on us before we finished. He seemed very dedicated to Customer Service. Highly recommend this location

Great service and atmosphere! Been here a couple times and I really recommend coming here. Great place overall!

Food was terrible ! Felt like it was all cook in an air fryer and over cooked, the waitress barely took care of us, a rubber would of been softer than the pancakes, fries had a nasty taste of old oil, asparagus had pieces of something that wasn't asparagus. This is the worst Perkins I've been to. I wonder if the owner or manager has any idea of what they are serving to the people? By the way before I forget the coffee was like colored water and then when they brought us a new coffee it was just terrible. If I could give 0 stars I would. Save your time and money or just get a bad experience as we did.

Wheelchair accessibility: They didn’t roll me around in my wheelchair made me push myself. They made me wipe my own booty this not a retirement home! Don’t come here for peace!😢😢 Vat a great day at disneyland
