I hadn't been to Perkins in a long time, maybe six or seven years. Decided to stop in while I waited on my son, who was at the movies. For a place to wait, it was great. The food, not so much. Got the magnificent 7, and the bacon was, well bacon. The pancakes tasted fishy; not sure how they accomplished that. And the eggs were ok. Nothing happened that will make me return. There was one server working, because, of course. So she was juggling all the customers in the dining room. Not many places seem to care about the customer experience anymore.

They accommodated our very large, and last minute party with no problem at all. Very much appreciated, thank you!
All our orders came out at the same time and they were all correct! Downside: Very few gluten free dishes. The oatmeal was very good though

Boy, this place has really stepped up!!...my waitress, (little girl with mouth jewelry🤗) I forgot her name but she renewed my spirit of eating out by her demeanor, friendliness and she was on point!, we not only ordered breakfast but also we got our dinner to go....like clockwork, when we finished our breakfast, our dinner order was at the table and ready to go....We will DEFINITELY add Perkins in Collierville back to our list of go-to places...she is a rare jem🤗
My Sister and I went to Perkins today and had a very pleasant experience that set the tone for the day! Miss Beverly was our server and she was delightful with a very friendly and warm attitude. The food was really good and satisfying! We sat across from a Mother and daughter who were very friendly with lovely personalities! We chatted and laughed with them while we ate. Spreading love and kindness my Sister paid for their tab. We exchanged hugs before they left sealing the moment and making it a memorable one! But the great experience didn’t stop there! We had the pleasure of meeting the General Manager, Mr. Anthony before we left! He was assisting Miss Beverly with a few of her customers. He had a great personality and the best sense of humor (FUNNNY) that ended our breakfast perfectly! Thank you Mr. Anthony and Miss Beverly for a great experience and exceptional customer service!! Need I say we will be back! ♥️👍🏾👍🏾

This place used to be good. But its now one of the worse places I've eating at. My family love perkins but this location is the worst. The staff is very rude, after they sat us at our table it took about 20 minutes to get our drinks. Waitress kept walking by ignoring my family and I. Once she came over she walked out before we finished ordering our food. This was about a month ago, just a few days ago we tried it once again because my kids love their breakfast. And again after we they sat us we were ignore. We sat down for at least 25 minutes while we watch the kitchen staff laugh and play around by the check out. We finally got up and walked out while they just looked at us leaving. We will never come back to this location.
