Weeknight dinner about 530pm. Place was pretty empty. Service was fast and friendly. Drinks came fast including bar drinks. Food was fast and correct. All five of us enjoyed what we ordered. The only complaint (not really a complaint) was that the sliders were smaller than expected. Smaller but good and filling. Overall a good visit and we will return.

I'm constantly impressed by Pimento's menu! It's full of options from small plates to large servings. Options for all tastes! This still has the Hidden Gem of collierville feeling. It's one of our date night locations and like to sit on the patio and relax. Appetizers are excellent, the burgers and hot plates are awesome and they have a full bar with some great selections on draft! I'm always sorry i don't save room for dessert because the cakes are legendary!

I ordered dinner to go and was not impressed. The bar looks cool but they only had two people working. I get it, things are not so great out there and help is hard to find. The service could've been a little better. The staff did not seem to care. Management needs to address this problem. Not coming back. Best of luck.

Wonderful lunch with our son for his 30th Birthday (although they didn't acknowledge his "birthday" even though it was mentioned 4 times!!!!). Disappointing enough to remove 1 star.

I've been here before. The wait staff have always been friendly. The food is usually good and I loved their applewood smoked wings. That was before last Tuesday. We got there about an hour before close. I was in the mood for wings so I decided on the applewood smoked wings. I guess the applewood taste wore off because they tasted like they were marinated in dish water and tough as a two dollar steak. I've had wings like this before and recognized the flavor. They were yesterdays leftovers. When my server asked how was everything I described the flavor and what I assumed the cause of the off flavors to be. She returned a few minutes later and confirmed my assumptions. I'll probable go back but not sure when and definitely not for the wings.

It took four people to figure out how to make one of their signature drinks that was not good at all.Even though I am a dog lover, I didn't feel like a restaurant is a place to bring your dog in to eat.Another customer had dog in seat at the table.The service was good, but the place was empty on a Saturday at 7pm with young hired help. Unfortunately, will not be returning. This restaurant does not compare to Poplar location.

Ordered lunch via online for a meeting. This was my first time eating and ordering from them. Everything was delicious. My order was ready on time and correct. The coconut cake was fantastic. Will order from them again for my next meeting. Great variety on the menu.

I’ve heard great things about Pimentos & it definitely lives up to the hype. Incredible atmosphere, nice vibes & the service is absolutely amazing. My server Esme was the nicest I’ve ever seen in a restaurant. She made sure everything was taken care of. Refills, napkins, the orders, a great attitude, not to mention a beauty with a gorgeous smile. Will recommend to friends & family & for sure looking forward to coming back. Thanks for treating us with the utmost respect & kindness again Esme. Wonderful experience ❤️
First time here and great experience. It was bingo night. Theme was country songs. Yeehaw. it was a fun relaxing atmosphere. Friendly staff. Ordered a loaded fry bacon cheeseburger, fried pickles , pimento Philly. All delicious. I had a Bloody Mary with a recommended BBQ whiskey. 10/10. Ended the night with red velvet and strawberry cake. Ask for taylor!! She’ll take good care of you!! Can’t wait to go back!

This was my first time trying Pimentos. And I’ll most definitely be returning. The food was exceptional.I want to give a special shout out to my server Esme. She was very attentive to our needs and had a positive attitude. Also, she made sure our food got out as fast as possible. She continuously checked on our table. She was super helpful. In my personal opinion, she definitely deserves a raise for the wonderful job she did.

Overall good burgers and decent quality food. A bit too expensive for what it is. I give it two stars since I got Macaroni as a Premium Side and paid 2$ extra for it, and it is Kraft Microwave Mac&Cheese in a different container. It looks and tastes exactly like a Kraft Mac from an instant macaroni cup. And I just paid an extra 2$ to upgrade my side to it. A place with an abundant amount of cheeses can't even make their own macaroni which is disappointing. Burgers are great, but make macaroni at home if you want it.

Curious if the management realize their employees have chewing tobacco in their lip while bartending? Curious does he wash his hands after putting it in his lower lip? Plus maybe a smaller amount so the customers can't see it! J

Our family just made our final visit to Pimentos. After waiting about 30 minutes for our food, 3 of the 5 people in our family got their orders. After 15-20 additional minutes, I asked the manager if the other 2 people could get their food. He informed me he only had 1 cook and that I needed to be patient. That excuse would fly in your restaurant was crowded, but when you only have 11 total customers in the 90 minutes we sat there.... This place is in a great location and is actually a nice setup. But the food is below average and apparently they are understaffed to the point where decent service is impossible. Long story short, stay away!
