Ordered online wrong pizza came in and when I called the location to let them know. I heard the person at the front fighting with the cook in the back. About how my pizza wasn't wrong. Then when I offered to send them a picture they told me they couldn't make the pizza I ordered because they didn't have the pesto sauce. Never ordering from pizza hut again. I'll take my business to Dominos or papa John's from now on .

I love pizza hut’s food, but if you want delivery, expect to wait until midnight or maybe even expect to never get your pizza. If you want pick up ready in 25 minutes like the app says, expect to get there in 25 minutes and have to wait another 45 to an hour or more. This stores staff is either not enough, or a combination of that and just awful at their jobs. I expect more from a Collierville store.

I placed a order online with Pizza Hut at 12:53…1:47 I received my order I called to let them know my order is cold and the guy got smart with me saying the order been sitting there waiting on DoorDash driver and that’s got nothing to do with them and hung up in my face..I will not get nothing else from here.. this is my second time with these rude employees here

I’ve been a satisfied customer for as long as I can remember of Pizza Hut in Collierville. I remember dining in at the Pizza Hut when it was where Corey’s or KFC is now, I was around 7 or 8 years old. I’m almost 50 now. We order multiple times every month, sometimes once a week. That’s why I was so surprised when I walked in Friday night October 17th, 3025 and received the worst service I’ve ever experienced at a Pizza Hut. It was around 7:45pm and it wasn’t busy. I had ordered online and ran into to pick the pizza up. When I checked the pizzas before we paid I noticed the double sausage pizza I ordered wasn’t double sausage. When I said something to the cashier guy even he acknowledged it was double sausage. I figured they would remake the pizza and I would be taken care of, no problem right? Wrong, the cashier came back and tossed a pizza in the counter and told me it had been in the oven. I figured oh, the double sausage was in the oven and they had accidentally given me the wrong pizza. So he begins ringing up the register and I check the pizzas again before we pay and it’s the same exact pizza as before. I called him out on it and he said the manager said that is a double sausage pizza. I told him no, I’ve been ordering double sausage pizzas there for almost 4 decades and that was not double sausage. I told him I paid $2 extra for double sausage I wanted double sausage. He told me that was all he could do for me. I asked him what the managers name was, that way I could call the district manager the next day and tell them how my experience went. The cashier guy doesn’t give me the managers name, he goes and gets him. So this young white guy with a burly beard, the cashier fella called him “K”, comes to the front and goes on to gaslight me about how the pizza was double sausage. I’m not a picky person but even I knew this wasn’t a double sausage. The guy is acting so nice it’s condescending. I told him I wasn’t going to pay for it and he told me that’s fine but I wasn’t getting anything different. This experience really opened my eyes. I’ve worked in customer service positions for most my life and you do not treat your customers like this. They’ve lost my business and he was surprisingly okay with that fact. Pizza Hut better be careful Or they are going to end up in the same position as KFC. I will take my business from now on. I’m just glad I didn’t pay online ahead of time and I chose to
Pay at pick up. They will probably take that option away soon so they can treat you however they want once they have your payment. Remember to always check your order before you leave an establishment. Hopefully they get rid of “manager K” before he costs them anymore loyal customers with his condescending attitude.

Placed an order, was told it would be ready in 20 minutes, showed up 30min front that time, then was told “I’m going to be honest with you we just put it in”
Waited for the pizza then when it was done they realized they didn’t make the bread sticks that was also on the order, so now here we are 45 minutes later waiting for my food to be done. Everyone on their phones and not paying attention to what they get paid for. Absolutely ridiculous honestly, nobody waiting, no cars in the lot, just me. Not happy Ngl. Wanted dinner to be easy not tick me off but here we are

I just got yelled at and hung up on by the general manager Jeremy because he accused me of lying about receiving a credit after receiving the wrong order. I told him I literally order here almost weekly I wouldn’t lie about it. He said he couldn’t give a credit call the call center and they told me it was up to them to issue the credit. When I first called he said he could see where I called on the 7th and then on the 2nd time he said he doesn’t even see where I called and he can’t give free pizzas to somebody who is CLAIMING to call. The thing is the credit wasn’t even going to cover my complete order. The second call he was even more rude and condescending for no reason and would not work with me. He kept cutting me off and yelling at me. so I asked him if it’s because my name is Tiara and how I sound? Because what would be the other reason? Why would you assume I would lie about this and say anybody can call and say they order weekly and ask for a credit?! Also as a GM I know for a fact you could have given me the credit. According to the call center it was your team’s FAULT if the credit didn’t show up. Terrible experience

Reading through the other reviews and see that everyone says the same thing about Jeremy…rude, talks over you, yells. So it appears that’s just him as a person. I went from ordering almost weekly to never again thanks to him and I’ll be sure to share my experience with everyone
