How smart do you have to be to make a pizza? I ordered a supreme pizza and there was more sauce and onion than anything on the pizza. Half of the ingredients were missing. I guess it’s my fault for not inspecting my order.

Friendly staff even though they appear to be understaffed great food parking lot needs more lighting
Wheelchair accessibility: There is a small ramp that goes up onto the sidewalk not sure about the store but I assume that it's level once you get onto the sidewalk don't remember having to step up but I do remember the rap not a large incline just a smooth area that would allow you to roll up onto the sidewalk

Me and my daughter placed a online order 2 large pizzas and cheese sticks our pizza was nastttyyyy the sauce tasted awful the pizza was just not good and I asked for my order to be made at 1 and soon as I placed it the timer was saying I had 15 mins left I was so confused I should have just stuck to the one on e Shelby drive cause Collierville is nastyyyy

Employees arguing, slow, customers waiting for an hour at counter, employee kept pulling his long hair out and running his hands through it, then going back too food without washing his hands. I counted 4 times. I also waited 45 minutes after pizza was suppose to be ready to find out it was never made. Told it was going to be another 15 minutes. I left with nothing. After going there 26 years, I will NEVER go back. I am also going to file a complaint with the health department.

I was told after standing there 45 minutes after my pizza was suppose to be ready that they never made my order and it was going to be another 15 minutes. I left with nothing. They are nasty, rude, and could care less about you. After going here 26 years, I will never go back.
The pizza was fresh and hot. Plenty of meat and veggies. I got the hand tossed meat lovers and thin & crispy super supreme.

I will NEVER eat here again until this manager is gone. I place a very small order for delivery at 10:30 am. The DoorDash driver pick my order up before 11 and it is now 12 pm and my daughter had to go pick it up. I tried to call the driver NEVER called me back. I call the store was put on hold for 15 minutes. When he finally came back he told me the driver didn’t speak English and had delivered it to the wrong address. When I ask why he would let someone who doesn’t speak or read English delivery for them and he told me that wasn’t his problem.
