Horrible bought ten piece chicken meal with mashed potatoes got 6 piece chicken with no potatoes trying to call the store no answer

Waited 20 min on a order they acted like i didnt pay by not giving me a receipt and i swiped with my card showing the total then proceeding to just Then make it by 15 minutes later by telling them to which it should’ve been done.....

This place is horrible. Food is bad, service is really bad. Drive thru is very slow only to get some rude attendant and horrible chicken sandwich. It is so bad I wish I could give 0 stars

I go to this location a lot and every time they end up missing something and give me an attitude because they missed something. Today the employee’s tried to tell me that 1/4 of shrimp was less than a hand full of extremely tiny shrimp. I blame Popeyes not the store. They are understaffed, over worked, not getting paid enough money and they have not been properly trained. Corporate has given up on them.

Sunday July, 13. A young man just told me there would be a 35 minute wait on cooking a chicken sandwich. I'm convinced now that all Popeyes just hate preparing chicken sandwiches....just insane!

This location is terrible. They take one order every 30 minutes in the drive tru. They make you wait forever to order.

Seems to be a chain issue, just moved here hoping it would be different from the olivebanch location. But with in app orders, showed up and told them we had arrived, still took 35+ min to get our food. And had to go back up to counter to retrieve items they had forgotten from the order.

I had one of the worst customer service experiences ever at this place, and I’m never coming back. First off, this is supposed to be a chicken fast food restaurant, but they were out of chicken — seriously? We ordered 16 pieces and were only given 8, not even half the order. When we tried to address it, the worker Keyonnia completely ignored us, threw the receipt at us, and then slammed the takeout door right in our faces. I think she needs psychiatric help.

If you’re going to work in customer service, you shouldn’t act like you hate everyone. Nobody forced you to work there — if you’re going to show up angry and disrespectful, maybe it’s not the job for you. Horrible experience. Unacceptable service. Don’t waste your time or money here.

They can’t even get the order correct. If we go there to pick up they said the wait time is 45 mins. This store is worthless. I like the chicken but this branch is not good. Please change the management or open up a new store

The service is hit or miss. Sometimes, the staff is cordial and if you're lucky they'll crack a smile at you, but most times it's the annoyed look you'll get. Double check your order before you leave cause they don't listen all that well sometimes. Food is usually pretty good though.

Extremely rude lady. Rushing us when we were trying to order and she also raised her voice. Place was not busy.. only one car ahead of us. Late afternoon. We did not stay and order after this.. Will NOT be back. Also not our first time with difficulty here. Last time they forgot our biscuits.
