Always good food, and always understaffed. For some reason I'm always missing food from my order too, but I still eat here because as Little Nicky says, Popeyes chicken is the shiz-nit. Lobby, to my knowledge, is never opened, so pray you pull into the drive thru in not peak hours.

Walked in. Service was a little slow. No ice in my ice tea. Chicken sandwich was slapped together and the chicken was hard and cold.

This place has definitely made a turn around since the last time I visited. Food was fresh & came out quickly. The manager was very nice & went out of her way to make sure me & my son got exactly what we needed because he’s disabled & so picky & could not decide. She took the time to talk to him & pay attention which most people wouldn’t have gone out of their way like she did. 5 stars for exceptional customer service.
